If you're flexible about location, look elsewhere and ask questions about security measures. Edited 5/16: There is a tall security fence with imposing looking barbed wire and a sign that says Security Camera in Use on the front gate. But in the back, the cyclone fence is 5' tall, no barbed wire. And the only security camera is in the front by the gate. Thieves totally use the front gate, right?

My RV is in perfect working order, it's just fine, clean, and way too good for this place. So is yours. With so many other places to choose from in the Salem area, you're better off. I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.
