I was able to drive it to my sister's house but knew it needed significant body repair. The next day, upon my sister's 100% recommendation, we took my car to Traditional Auto Body & Paint in West Salem. We arrived before the shop was open but Susan came to us and said, "Come inside where it is warm, to wait for the technicians." This much-needed kindness set the tone for five weeks of incredible care and patience. Jonathan Mayorga, Robert Anderson, and all the technicians paid attention to my unique/personal situation in dealing with insurance, my health issues and even getting back home. The professional expertise given to repair my car motivates me to post a FIVE STAR review AND 100% recommendation for TRADITIONAL AUTO BODY & PAINT. The initial examination of my vehicle was thorough, and details were well explained to me. I was updated frequently via phone calls and email regarding estimates and insurance coverage. The full repair of my car was completed in a timely manner, done to my 100% satisfaction, and was cleaned, inside and out, better than it has ever been. I was pleased to be given a detailed report of all the repair that was done, so that I will be able to share this with my repair shop in Bellevue, WA. I certainly do not wish the necessity of auto repair for anyone but, if the occasion does occur, I would highly recommend TRADITIONAL AUTO BODY & PAINT, Salem, Oregon. My sincere thanks to all professionals there! Roberta Mock

Was able to make an inspection appointment same day. Really friendly people throughout entire process! Helped me communicate with the insurance and explained everything well to me. Jonathan and Hunter were really great to work with. They even went out of their way and fixed a pre-existing scratch, which made me really happy. They cleaned my car inside and out, which I was not expecting. Will absolutely come back. Thank you!

Hands down the best movers we've experienced in the last 20 years. They helped us move from Albany…read moreto Beaverton yesterday. The crew of Brad, Morgan, and Jesse were on time, courteous, transparent about any pre-existing damages or small items, efficient, and to top it all off they literally did not scratch/hit/mark one single wall of the house when moving. All 3 were absolute beasts in moving heavy furniture upstairs, and a few times we ended up deciding on a difference placement of a furniture item they already placed and every time they were more than happy to help rearrange it as needed. You really can't ask for more in a moving company. They were willing to accommodate, went the extra mile on servicing things, and were lighthearted and carried a positive attitude through the whole 12-14 hour day. I would honestly ask them to help move for any future moves in my lifetime. It is not easy doing their profession, but they seem very dedicated and deserve every ounce of recognition. Brandon and his crew respected my appointment time took care of my tire which had to be replaced and gave me a comfortable place to wait for the service on my Honda CRV. Their customer waiting area offered coffee, tea, snacks, and I believe a television. Who could ask for more? Also, I had five lights on my dash that came on when I ruined my tire hitting a curb. The guys reset the warning lights and replaced my tire with a newer tire. I was out of there in 45 minutes. Typically in my old place of business that I used I was there 3 to 4 hours waiting for similar services. My time is precious just as theirs is. Brandon was polite. The customers service was important to him. Thank you, Brandon and guys in the shop who took care of this customer. As I was ready to leave and pay my bill, Brandon said "No Charge". What? Wait I need to write you a check no ma'am no charge today I was blown away. This business is my new go to for tires repairs, and anything else my Honda will need in the future.. thank you guys I'll be back
