The gates are open at different time when no one is there. If you look at my pictures they're all time stamped. I drive by all the time and the gates are open all the way or partially. I don't know when you are allowed to access your unit if it's during a specific time or 24/7. Take a look at my pictures and you'll see that the gates are open and unattended. I would not trust this place to secure my valuables.

I rented a 10x10 storage locker from this company for 7 months. I packed no food and stored no food…read morein this locker. I came to get my things from storage and was horrified to see mouse feces and urine EVERYWHERE. In every single box. Living out here I completely understand that mice are abundant but they assured me they sprayed every month. I asked for proof of said spraying. I was given none and told they dont document stuff like that. I had to throw away all my towels, all my sheets, shoes, clothes, albums. The mice destroyed it all. I brought the matter to the managers attention and asked for help. None was given and they had no empathy at all. If only I could post the pictures I took. A PILE of poop with a dead mouse to boot. Save your money. Do not store your things here. Very negligent in the management of this facility. An absolute waste of money and the managers were absolutely terrible.

LOL The "online" payment system could use some help, however. I have two accounts (units) and have yet to find a way to have a "single" account to pay both. They should have a way to make it so someone who has multiple units can simply PICK which unit to make a payment on. So far, only two log ins and two passwords accomplish this. Perhaps "Allweathers" is new on the stage and just working the bugs out. But so far impressed.
