Even with a two person team handling it all- Michael the guy managing this location handled it all when my dad and I needed to do live scan. He explained what to expect, documentation I needed even if I don't have passport or necessary documentation that can be substituted and the fees. Ngl live scan here is way cheaper than going to UPS or big chains- only $50 for DOJ vs the nearly $100 cash only fee in UPS is a game changer especially if you can't get it reimbursed in full by HR. went on an Monday afternoon and the line moved quickly- and if you don't have any papers printed out, they have an email at the register that says where to email your work and Live scan documents to be printed from your phone and they'll take care of it. Only 4-5 people in line but the process is pretty quick for live scan ! Looking forward to doing it again in the future or also do Amazon returns too. The small store also has key cutting and personalised items you can get, and keychains you could buy with NFL and sports stuff on them, asides from envelopes and packing materials you can get cheaper than 1st party places.

Everyone here is amazing! The service and quality is exceptional, and I've never had a bad experience. They also offer some of the best pricing for printing in the area. Whenever I go to pick up or drop off mail, I am greeted warmly, and asked how my day is going. It's just so nice! Not many places are like this anymore, and I truly value the commitment to service, the kindness, and the pricing of their services. I get such a great deal on the PO Box that I almost feel bad!
