    Holiday Crowd... as expected.

    It was the holidays, what do you expect when you procrastinate... Long lines long waits... so do what you can to buy all of your stamps, etc. and use this place as a drop off only to help manage your day! I knew it was packed as the drop off letter station inside was jam packed to the point where you couldn't add anything more. It wasn't pickup time, but would like to have seen a better response as this forced many into the already long lines.

    I am here to mail off packages that should have been sent two days ago. I think the recipients aren't gonna mind the wait once they open their packages. And the $100 insurance should guarantee a safe arrival. This post office is easily accesible whether you're North or South bound on Priest. Parking lot can be crazy if it's regular business hours but after hours it's easy in, parking, and out again. Occasionally there may be a line at the machine but one or two people isn't usually so bad. The exception to that might be when I get up to the machine and feel the need to actually read everything. During business hours you can opt to pass on the long lines for customer service and just use a machine too. C'mon now, don't let it intimidate you.

    This is what we pay for people!!#usps. The box is locked because there has been a change of address and They can't get it right. There should be no mail coming here. I have found it on my welcome mat at the front door, they unwired the mailbox one time and stuck it in there but apparently they haven't picked the lock yet. So just stick it between the flag and the box, no one will see it. Then of course they make excuses and you never get a call back from management like you are told you will. I have been told if you can breathe the #USPS85284.

    Great place to drop off packages. Not great for other business services. I used their fax services…read moreonce and twice had paper cutting. All three times required multiple visits and phone calls to get these small tasks done. The last incident was today. It took me three visits over a two-day period and four phone calls (none of which were answered) to get two cuts on a stack of 55 sheets of vellum. Apparently no one but the manager knows how to use the machine, so if he gets called away it won't get done until you check in on the status (which you can't do by phone because staff won't answer most of the time.) No one on the staff notified me of the delay (they had my cell phone and I told them they could text or call); the woman I talked to the second visit didn't even know about the task. It was just sitting there on the back counter for five hours. I wouldn't complain on a public forum like this except that I had a brief conversation with the manager, Mason on the third visit. It was clear that he didn't care about my multiple experiences so I don't think things will change anytime soon. He suggested that "I call ahead of time" which again, won't work if no one answers the phone. Bottom line: the staff is nice and try to be helpful but they are not trained to provide anything more than basic package care. So I'll still drop off my packages here but will go elsewhere if I need anything else. Which is a shame because I live close by.

    I was at this location today and my experience was not great. First, the employee (Robbie) looked…read morelike he had just rolled out of bad, disheveled, unkempt hair and stained clothes (uniform). Secondly, he didn't seem to care or try to understand what I needed. I had to explain multiple times what I was looking for before he asked his coworker for help. He went around the corner into a back area and I could hear him explaining what he thought I needed. I heard a voice from the back room loudly saying "Huh?" and another employee came to the front. This guy looked even worse, clothes completely stained, wrinkled and brown. He immediately dismissed me to go online and "look it up there". When I asked which section on the UPS website I would need to search, he said "just google it". Worst customer service I have ever received. Went to FedEx and got exactly what I needed within 2 minutes.

    I arrived at this location at around noon with numerous items to be boxed and shipped. Robbie (sp?)…read moregreeted me as soon as I walked in, assessed my needs and went to work. He packed my Christmas gifts carefully and provided my best shipping options. The store became very busy, with a long line. Robbie's co-worker was "on lunch" so Robbie completed my order calmly and efficiently with no help. Not a single person waiting was annoyed because they were watching great customer service in action. I have been a customer at this location for years because it is convenient, but I don't think I haver ever had such a good experience. Robbie deserves a raise!
