All three times required multiple visits and phone calls to get these small tasks done. The last incident was today. It took me three visits over a two-day period and four phone calls (none of which were answered) to get two cuts on a stack of 55 sheets of vellum. Apparently no one but the manager knows how to use the machine, so if he gets called away it won't get done until you check in on the status (which you can't do by phone because staff won't answer most of the time.) No one on the staff notified me of the delay (they had my cell phone and I told them they could text or call); the woman I talked to the second visit didn't even know about the task. It was just sitting there on the back counter for five hours. I wouldn't complain on a public forum like this except that I had a brief conversation with the manager, Mason on the third visit. It was clear that he didn't care about my multiple experiences so I don't think things will change anytime soon. He suggested that "I call ahead of time" which again, won't work if no one answers the phone. Bottom line: the staff is nice and try to be helpful but they are not trained to provide anything more than basic package care. So I'll still drop off my packages here but will go elsewhere if I need anything else. Which is a shame because I live close by.

There is a small parking lot for customers to park. A drop box is also located outside. There were lots of different options of packaging materials available for purchase including packing peanuts, bubble wrap and boxes. There was one person in front of me when I arrived. Since I needed a receipt, I waited a few minutes before it was my turn. The person working was really nice and got me out the door quickly.

But kept repeating herself that she has me on camera. I said call the police I didn't do anything. So they mailed my package and I left. I called the non emergency phone number and gave them my story. I had nothing on my record that I trespassed. This is how I get treated when I spend my money here. This red head is nasty. Update, on Dec 23, they emailed mailbox holders that they would be closed the same day, Dec 23…read more until Jan 5 as they undergo a change in Management. So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.
