I needed to drop off a return and this FedEx was nearby! I came here around 445p on a weekday and lots of FedEx trucks were arriving too, going into the gated area. There is a small parking lot for customers to park. A drop box is also located outside. There were lots of different options of packaging materials available for purchase including packing peanuts, bubble wrap and boxes. There was one person in front of me when I arrived. Since I needed a receipt, I waited a few minutes before it was my turn. The person working was really nice and got me out the door quickly. read more

FedEX as a company needs to just be one of those companies that trump closes down and we never look back at. I had a phone very expensive phone that should have been deliver on march 18,2026. As a consumer i would call the customer phone number on a package to ensure proper handling of people items, we are spending thousands on it takes two second to make a phone call. I never ever had an issue receiving a packing from no other service provider but FedEx and it does not matter what state you live in. FEDEX the entire company is trash and needs to be removed as a provider for consumer. Also, do to the handling of my package and the lack of procedure to just call the person that's listed on the package I will be filling a complaint with the BBB because as an human who just wants my items when i order them i'm tired of the delivery driver looking like a convict and foreign workers for escalations trash the entire company and fire the workers. I had the honor to go into this FedEx location and deal with TWO employees that have no business interaction with customers. Unless you are ok with being talked down to by entitled staff and treated like dirt. I do not expect much customer service now in days, but this was worse than going to Walmart in Chicago. They hold packages hostage, are rude to customers and offer very little help. Employees here speak down upon their managers performance of helping customers. I physically waited for 3 hours here, attempting to get a package and they wouldn't not release it to me (after my package was delayed for a week after purchasing FedEx 2 day air for shipping). Here in person with a tracking number, a government issued ID as customer service told me too, and my package cannot be released to me. Update: Package finally received! First of all the fed ex guy obviously can't read a clock. The package was supposed to be delivered between 5pm and 8. The guy tried to deliver it at 11:30am when everyone is at work. So now, I have to come to this facility to pick the package up. I come in and no one is at the front to help customers. Seriously Fed Ex? Pretty sure someone owes me some gas money. read more

I paid $35 for expedited shipping of a new credit card. It was due to be delivered by noon on a Tuesday and required an in-person signature. The driver left a door tag at 3:45 when my son was home to accept the package. My son said no one even knocked. Then when I called customer service to complain, they could not even locate my door tag number, nor would the guy let me speak to a supervisor or manager (yes, I totally pulled a Karen) without giving him a tracking number instead of the door tag number. The IVR to reach a live person for FedEX is the absolute worst; then when I finally got a real person on the phone he had a difficult-to-understand accent and kept telling me I was cutting out when I would ask to be transfered. Needed an overnight package desperately to get my passport to take an international flight. They held my package for me and sorted it in the morning, got it to me before 9am, and I made my 10am flight out of Sky Harbor. Wiley at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and did everything with the team to ensure it was given to me as soon as possible... I really appreciate this fedex team - they seem to have it together. While I was sitting and waiting for my urgent package, Wiley was respectful and friendly to everyone that came in... They said my address couldn't be updated due to restrictions on their side and the carrier side, yet they changed my address to an old address that ib haven't lived at for 5 years. I had to reorder after the package was sent back to the sender. When I reordered, they delayed it by a day then when the day it was promised they LIED about the delicate attempt. They never knocked on my door. Submitted a case and called multiple times to ensure delivery. After another promise date, they never delivered and now don't know why it's not being delivered. I had a shipment of wine to be delivered, I anyone that has had alcohol or other important items delivered that need a signature, you sit and wait till the parcel is delivered. Just happened to look at the delivery detail midday and lo, my parcel had been delivered AND been signed for!! Hmmm On a whim, I walked down my street and found my wine (on a 90 degree day) sitting outside another house. I called FedEx to report a misdelivery AND that my package had been signed for by just taking the name off the label (which wasn't me). I'm pretty sure that the complaint went nowhere even though the package was delivered to the wrong address and the signature was forged by the driver. It specifically says on the labeling, Must be 21 to sign for package, and I know it's a federal offense to deliver alcohol amongst other items without an adult signature!! Had to press "0" to talk to someone. When I did. he would NOT take my address but put me on hold for someone else. After a couple of minutes the next person wanted my name, and phone number. I was told by FedEx in several ways that I could just have a package sent directly to any FedEx shipping center and they would hold it for pick up for me. I asked a woman at the Kyrene Fedex what the main hub for FedEx in Tempe was and she told me this location. While she was wrong about that, I know FedEx will hold packages because I've had them do it before. This FedEx location just refused my package. Now it's being sent back to shipper and I had products in there that were part of my business that I am now without which eats into my profits. I can't even call them since this phone number listed on google and yelp is for their main customer service line and not even for the store itself. I literally cannot find a single way to get FedEx to get my shipment right. When I ask for it not to be delivered to my door, it's delivered to my door. I ask for it to be kept at a fedex location, they won't even accept the package AND send it back to shipper. I wish my employer didn't use them because I will never personally use them again. read more

I really would give this location zero stars. FedEx is a great company expect this location has terrible employees. I drove here once, they told me what to do to retrieve my package. I went home and did what they said would fix the problem and came back and then they told me something completely different. I paid extra money, cash, to have an envelope sized package delivered Overnight from Riverside, CA to Phoenix, AZ, by 10am the following day. It was an option they provided their customers; not something out of the ordinary that I was requesting, and hoping they could make happen for me. It was an offer. And it was guaranteed. And I told the person receiving the document that it would be so. The driver was there an hour and a half late. Then decided for himself that it wasn't a "good" neighborhood to leave the package (regardless of the fenced-in entry way) left a Sorry I Missed You Notice on the frickin' door and took the package with him. The receiver was told she could pick it up from their distribution center in the NEXT TOWN OVER. And by 6pm, or she'd have to wait an additional night to pick it up! I was told "sorry". It is, what it is. I looked further into it MYSELF, and discovered on THEIR website that the shipment could be left at a number of places in town and within minutes of her residence!! Safeway, Walgreens, etc. I called to demand that the driver do so, and then proceeded to have 2 different customer service agents tell us it would be left in town, as requested, but at THREE different locations! One of them being her own residence where it was to be delivered in the first place! It finally got there at 4:00-ish in the afternoon. They refuse to honor the money back guarantee because of....you guessed it....COVID-19. And "because you don't have an account, you paid in cash".....WTF does that have to do with anything? If that nullifies a guarantee, then why didn't they tell me?! And then took my money?! I will NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN!!! NEVER. And I've been spoken to so poorly and condescendingly only a few times in my adult life. I'm 50! These clowns, from Top to Bottom are just that: a bunch of CLOWNS, driving recklessly around inside their own circus tent, that the rest of us call home! Out streets! Our blvds, our stores and municipalities! I will never use them again and for Corporate to use COVID as an excuse for poor service and as a pathetic cop-out to not honor their cash-back guarantee??! Losers! People have died from this "excuse" for late deliveries! COVID is real. My dad perished less than a year ago. It's real. If I could give zero stars I would. Why in the WORLD, when I sign off to leave the packages at my door, a company that's sole purpose is to deliver things can't leave a package. They put it on the tru k minutes before I arrived and shipped it to the wrong address. It has been a massive run around to get answers from them and I still don't have my package. I went in there to pick up a package that Dell told me to go get (because FedEx said they couldn't deliver to my employer's address (that they deliver to everyday)). I came here to ship something for my boss. I just thought this was a pick up location I didn't know you could ship from here. The parking lot is very small but that is ok because that means there is no line. The guy behind the counter was very nice and helpful. My boss had already printed out the shipping label and paid for it online so I just need to toss it on an envelope and send it off. The envelope was very easy to find and everything was well stocked. The guy attached the label for me. It was that easy. I was in and out very quick. It is very nice that it is right around the corner from work. My boss was surprised by how fast I got back. The level of service with FedEx has deteriorated at a rate nearly as fast as their shipping rates have skyrocketed. The last THREE times I have sent a a shipment with these people, they have arbitrarily changed the shipping rate from $30 up to $56 without explanation. If you ask for explanation they simply do not reply to you. Today I was waiting for a Saturday delivery (paid premium to receive shipment so I could go on vacation) and all of sudden I receive an email stating they attempted but were unsuccessful. Not only was I turned away, the man in front of me was also told he couldnt ship his package from this location either. this place is excellent i had a problem with the fedex office on kyrene rd, there manager and employee were jerks, jumped on my box damaging it and said they would not accept it and no fedex would accept it. they turned me away and even the customers behind me left because they could not belive what they did to me and my package i brought in. we all came here and everyone was so nice and they took care of all of us and could not belive when we told them what happened at the fedex office on kyrene rd. this place is the best and employees are all very professional. they are courteous and will go above and beyond to take care of you. great job! read more

Deserve no stars. They delivered me an IRA cashout check Wednesday, Aug. 29. I paid T Rowe Price $30 to have another check FedEx'd to arrive Friday, Sept. 1. It never arrived. After the holiday weekend I called T Rowe Price and obtained the tracking #. FedEx tracking said it was undeliverable, that I had moved. They delivered an identical package 2 days prior. So the check I paid $30 to receive on Sept. 1, so I could pay rent - I had to go pick up myself at the Tempe facility. Rent was 4 days late, and cost me $200 in late fees - all because FedEx couldnt do their job, and no one could tell me why. To pile it on, I had to wait 22 minutes standing there in the lobby before a manager would hear my complaint. FedEx customer service line was no help either. Terrible service in every way. Terrible BS. The package have been received by my local FedEx location for 4 days and it haven't been delivered. Last Friday it is out for delivery and at 12pm it said customer not available. On Saturday it said that again at 3 pm. On Monday, it is out for delivery at 7:30 am and I have been waiting till 7pm and it is still not delivered. And you know what, I have been at home for 3 whole days and nobody knocked my door or ring my bell. This reminds me couple weeks ago I was at home and heard the ring bell.
