Terrible BS. The package have been received by my local FedEx location for 4 days and it haven't been delivered. Last Friday it is out for delivery and at 12pm it said customer not available. On Saturday it said that again at 3 pm. On Monday, it is out for delivery at 7:30 am and I have been waiting till 7pm and it is still not delivered. And you know what, I have been at home for 3 whole days and nobody knocked my door or ring my bell. This reminds me couple weeks ago I was at home and heard the ring bell. And I was running downstairs to open the door in no more than 10 seconds. Obviously, the driver has gone away and left my package at the front door which needs my signature. Jesus Christ! Door tag had wrong address on it. Package was not left on porch as requested (duh coronavirus.. no one wants to pick packages up from office) No phone call was made to me even though it was written on front door. Now, $60 down the drain and package on the way back to England. read more

FedEx is completely unhelpful. The employees in this location don't know anything. You ask them any question regarding their service and they don't know. Training is definitely not FedEx's cup of tea as they do not take the time of day to train their employees. Completely dissatisfied with FedEx and will use UPS from now on. At least their employees know what they are doing and put the client first. read more

I shipped my pet snake to my dad overnight, and clearly labeled the box "live harmless (beloved) reptile" on FIVE sides. The driver dropped her at the doorstep and never even rang the bell, which should've been done for any package anyway. Fortunately, the driver didn't kill her--my dad knew to expect her by 10:30, and went out to check at that time. She'd been sitting in the sun in the desert for at least a half hour. ANIMAL CRUELTY. FedEx is the only business which will ship snakes. They should know how to handle them, and treat them with respect (or at least common sense). When I called, I was told I shouldn't have been allowed to ship a snake without a certification (which my local driver--who I literally handed the well-labeled package to, and told was a snake, specifically--should have mentioned), I could have required a signature (which I did in my original form, but when I went to reprint it, apparently those instructions were lost), that the driver DID knock and ring the doorbell (bullshit--my dad was literally waiting at the door all morning), and that the driver isn't allowed to make the common sense judgement not to drop a live animal at the door unattended (so, apparently, animal cruelty is legal if the driver thinks someone told them it was ok). Failure at many levels, and I feel incredibly fortunate that Juniper wasn't killed by their incompetency. EDIT: Just realized my dad's dog didn't hear the supposed knock or doorbell either. I get deliveries all the time from fed ex. Almost always on time. Always delivered to the door. Friendly drivers. They work in a thankless industry and deserve some kudos. read more

OK, so this review is about FedEx delivery and customer service. The driver delivered to the wrong house, had the neighbor sign for it, she told him it was the wrong place, he took the package and attempted delivery at my house, but I had stepped out for a minute and he left a door tag. The problem was all records show the package was delivered to my neighbor. It's been a nightmare to try and schedule a redelivery for a package that has already been "delivered." Now they're telling me I have to be home Monday of next week, which is impossible. So, I'm going to pick it up at a FedEx facility in Tempe, but they're not giving full assurance the package will be there on Monday. Apparently, I need to call and make sure they have their act together. Thanks, FedEx. When a package sort of, kind of, needs to be there eventually. read more

I dislike going to Fed ex, ups or the post office because you always have to wait in long lines. It wasn't that bad. They should really clean the restrooms here. I went in and almost passed out from the smell. It was so unsanitary. The urinal had paper in it that looked like it had been there for weeks. Just nasty! read more

i had my package sent to this location to be held because the website says they offer to hold your package, but when my package was delivered they "sent it back" and told me they refused to hold it. they told me they only held packages for fedex employees yet they still offer this service. it's like they set you up just to have your package sent back. when i asked where my package was they redirected me to a location twenty minutes away insisting it was there. when i arrived at this location looking for my package the employees told me my package was at the location i had just came from. when i went back to the store i was originally at, the guy just said they don't hold packages with names they didn't recognize. it was the same story and i had just wasted an hour just to come back to the same place with the same answer. no help at all. i asked him why they provided the services of holding packages if they just send them back anyway and he wouldn't answer my question. he said he tried to call me earlier in the day and i told him i never got a phone call he just keep insisting that he "tried to reach out" yet he never did. his story wasn't adding up. basically this guy "sent my package back" and had no idea where it went to. i asked him where my package was now and he couldn't tell me. he didn't care and all he did was give me a number to call to a different facility in the area. i called that location and they provided help and then it lead me to a completely different location which actually had my package. he intentionally lost my package and all he did was give me a phone number. luckily i got my package but at a facility in queen creek. i practically did his job for him by finding my package, i got no value out of their services. don't go to this location. read more

Use UPS. I'm not a very frequent shipper but with all the online buying it's becoming more often. I had 2 packages to return and the tops needed to be taped. I went to the fed ex shipping port near me since the shipper send me the labels but "they don't supply tape". But I could purchase it. I needed 2 12" pieces of tape, a shipping place that doesn't have tape for their customers? I usually go to to a UPS store and they are always more than happy to assist with this. Seems small to complain about it but it seems just as crazy they can't offer this service. read more

I ordered a perishable item shipped FED EX overnight service that left NY on Tuesday. It is now THURSDAY and Fed Ex still has NOT DELIVERED my items. The tracking shows they have been sitting in the Phoenix distribution center since 6:19pm last night, 24 hours after it left NY. I had to call FED EX three times, twice this morning. They tell me they will deliver it by 8 PM TONIGHT!!!! I tell them it is RUINED. I ask for a supervisor, and their representative HANGS UP ON ME. Then they have the audacity to ask me to take a customer service survey! I have to CALL BACK, I'm out on hold for more than 7 minutes, at which time I'm then transferred to a "team" that tells me again it will be delivered by 8pm TONIGHT! I say what's the point ? It's RUINED!! It's PERISHABLE! It was OVERNIGHT DELIVERY! He says "sorry., The Phoenix office won't even open until 8am, he'll see what he can do." WORTHLESS BUSINESS. Wow. Really bad service. Spent 10 minutes at a computer for a label only to be told at the desk it isn't working. Wouldn't you think they might put up a sign so you don't waste 15 minutes?
