When I got to the window, I gave her all the needed documents but forgot my ID, (I know what a clutz of me lol!!) I live in the next city so I had to go back home to get my ID which took about 30 mins. And when I came back, I got in line, she noticed me and called me up to the window and got me outta there within 10 mins! AMAZING!! Give this woman a raise won't ya!! Our mailbox was vandalized so we've been having to pick up our mail from this location. My husband left work early to make it in time to pick up our mail- and was told by a male worker in short shorts and a tank top "we're closed." My husband pulled out his phone and it was 450. The ladies that work here are always so considerate. Even when their AC was out and it was the heat of summer they were so patient and kind as they worked with everyone. I like to customize the exterior of my packages that I ship and they always take the time to find a gap in my box decor to apply the shipping label. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We caught our mail carrier Sandra who was supposed to be dropping off our mail at the mailbox walking toward our backyard fence where our dog was secure with pepper spray in her hand because he was barking. SECURE IN THE BACKYARD. Someone who deals with I'm sure plenty of dogs barking throughout the day. So anyone if your mail carrier is Sandra BEWARE of your fury ones cause whether your dog is secure away from the front yard or not she is unpredictable. Also writes on our mail after we called and was asking how come our mail is written on and she was told not to do so. She now writes on our mail in scribbles just to be petty. She put in a letter to not deliver mail to our house saying our dog was not secure when in fact he was and we walked outside and caught her going to pepper spray our dog who was behind the fence. We've discussed this with the post office before we've even relocated our mailbox to make it easier for Sandra. But she still comes up with lies and gets away with it. And Marina her boss does not want to discuss the issue but only takes Sandra's side when we've said they can send someone from the post office to see for themself that our dog is in fact secure and no where near interfering with dropping off our mail. read more

I would rate this place a 0. Received a notification a delivery was attempted and a slip was placed in my front porch. Never received a slip. Searched everywhere. My package ended up being sent to this location. Received a notification "an individual picked up package at 8:51 AM". Came in the afternoon to this location worker stated I had no packages despite receiving a notification someone in this location has picked up my package. She took my information down but I never received a call back to get an update ever since. It makes no sense to why couldn't they leave my package in the front porch. Instead what happened was someone picked it up in the AM driver or whatever just handed it over to someone who worked there. Didn't even get the name or take a picture where they handed the package. Makes no sense at all. It's obvious someone has stolen my package. I've also read the reviews on here and it seems like everyone is having the same issues. Lost stolen packages. It is seriously upsetting and annoying workers don't have the decency to care about things like this. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are unbelievably in professional and not helpful! Issue #1: my boyfriends first stimulus card was never delivered. Yet, I have an online account and I can see my dash board of mail we are supposed to receive. Post master was rude and didn't help. We reorder through the IRS and still waiting. Issue #2: my Christmas package was delivered, ripped open AND EMPTY!!!! My brand new ratings GONE. Again, the post master AND the delivery driver was unprofessional and not helpful. Issue #3: second round of stimulus cards, NOT DELIVERED yet again. Can we get help from anyone?!? This is insane. Clearly our driver is incompetent and the post master could care less. I put in a change of address on line which they shouldn't be charging 1.00 to change your address. on December 28th 2023. I have to go there everyday week to get my mail . Why does NO one answer the phone? I've been calling since 11:30 a.m. and 3 hours later, still no answer! There was a delivery made to the parcel locker with our mailboxes. The key was put in my box, but it would not open the locker it indicated (1P). Instead, it opened the locker next to it (2P). I'm assuming the keys shouldn't open the boxes they weren't assigned to. I went to give the package to that neighbor, they came and got the key that was in their parcel (2P) and opened the locker my package was in (1P), but it wouldn't open still. I went here 4 times to try picking up my mailbox key as instructed by the builder. First time I went directly to the counter and got in line and they said to get line at the window outside. I got in line again and waited for my turn which took like 20 minutes. The lady at the window said she would check and asked to see proof of house ownership and ID. I provided all the information. She went check and came back said she couldn't find my key. She asked to leave my phone number and address and they will contact me. I waited for couple days and came back because nobody contacted me. I met her again and she said the lady who handle mailbox key was not there. Again, she would escalate the issue and contact me. I asked for the phone number of the lady who handle the key, she said nobody will answer that phone. 3rd time I asked my husband to go there and another lady tell him the person who handle key just back from vacation and left early ( before 4pm) and asked to give his information so they will call him. Again, nobody call us. 4th time I went there and and requested to speak to supervisor. A lady came out said her name is Debbie and she said because I didn't fill a form to held my mail and I must submit the form. She gave me the form and I filled then gave her back. She said she need to contact the carrier to find where my mailbox key and she will contact me. She said she didn't know where the key now. This time I asked for her number and she gave it to me. She said to contact her for an update. 5th I came back there and spoke to the lady I met the first time, still no key. I called and messages the supervisor 2x but no response. I called my real estate builder agent regarding the above conern. Builder real estate agent was able to get a hold of post office supervisor ( I provided the name and phone number). The agent said post office supervisor blamed me for receiving and losing the mailbox key, and said I have to pay for the key replacement. It is a big fat lie directly to customer face. I usually get my mail at a normal time, and I've been very impressed with all their hard work, especially during this virus. It must be very hard to keep track of the hoards of mail during this quarantine. However, today, July 27th, 2020 at Ashley Park apartments the postman came, and delivered all the mail within 7 minutes, which was really strange. I know some of them are very fast, but that's ridiculous ! So, I went downstairs to get my mail, only to discover he had put 5 other tenants' mail in my box. It was as if he had decided to get done quickly, and to do that all he needed was to stuff everyone's mail into only a few boxes, thereby allowing him to leave. Perhaps, he thought I could deliver the mail to those 5 people? I really hope this wonderful post office investigates this man. My last 3 experiences with Customer Service at this Location have been horrible. The Supervisor names Virginia is RUDE! She complains about her back and moans and limps by the line yelling who needs stamps or money orders. Then she lets them go ahead of us Customers whom have been waiting in line completely PREPARED to mail our items. When I asked why they take precedence over other Customers, she responds with it's faster. So why is that right?! Then she asked a customer about a package that was in there hand, he said it's prepared to ship and she goes to speak then has um um I forgot what I was going to say. Today she asked a Customer, What did I do with my big Stapler. 5 of us in line complete strangers looked at each other like she is crazy!!! Do you see it? She says. What did I do with it? She is so spaced out, Virginia is a Supervisor (that didn't have a name badge) so that gives her the right to prioritize Customers based on how she feels?! She sits at the end with a lane closed complaining and moaning about her back hurting. This is ridiculous treatment to customers, I've seen her talk rude on multiple occasions but today I decided I'm not going to let her behave in the rude manner. Managers or supervisors should lead by example, be knowledgeable about their Job and be respectful and courteous to their Customers at all times. I have 1 Star bc I had too. VIRGINIA NEEDS TO RETIRE! Since I moved from Modesto to Stockton, I was forced to use this post office (halfway across town). The mail person that delivers my mail WILL NOT leave any packages and I had to drive 30 mins one way across town to get my packages. That's so convenient... NOT!! The story continues. I moved 5 miles north of my old Stockton address and they are serviced by a different PO. Thank you Jesus!! :) I submitted my change of address 5 business days before my move (Nov 10th). I moved on Nov 15th. My mailbox at my old residence had placed a vacant mailbox notification paper in the mailbox. It is now Nov 27th, and I have yet to receive my first piece of mail at my new place. To make matters worse, I have to call my old PO and figure out where a package is that was going to my old address. Kinda hard when they never answer their phone. No wonder the USPS is bankrupt.
