I asked why and she said cause she's busy although she was ready to help me. I went to the self serve scanner and start doing it myself and two other people walked in and she helped them. So why couldn't she help me is the question and they were served. I felt discriminated and couldn't understand why I couldn't get her help and they did. This was unacceptable and bad service. And don't tell me to go somewhere else when the girl was ready to help. Crappy service all around.

There is only one clerk at a time, and even at the random times of day I've visited there has been the same older male inside the lobby who hangs out and talks to the clerk. I initially didn't mind it because I was just dropping something off quickly and didn't need much attention from the clerk but a recent experience just made me not want to go back. To make a long story short, I was shipping a large item and needed a box so I figured I would just purchase one at the post office. I came in holding my item and asked the clerk if there was any more large boxes in the back. The clerk replied no and I stood in the lobby for about two minutes looking at what was there and contemplating my choices. I then asked the clerk if by any chance they knew if any nearby post office had any and they then also replied no, because they wouldn't know the stock. This was a quite reasonable answer and I have no issues with this clerk but the older male who hangs in the lobby decided to chime in. He then proceeded to state that if this post office didn't have any boxes then the others would not, and that I essentially was dumb for asking the clerk about it. Instead of replying, I simply said thank you to the clerk and proceeded to walk out, but as I am walking I continue to hear the man saying not the nicest things about me to the clerk. That was just an experience I would prefer to not go through again, so if you were to visit here just try to be a drop off and don't interact much. If anything they make it seem like an inconvenience if you need to do more than just a drop off.

I dunno rude yet firm or something I just asked to check on a package of checks, she fired back asking if there was the yellow card slip and I said "no, but there are times when no card is in" and she's all "well I NEVER miss.. let me check for you anyway; your P.O. America waited on me as I attempted to return several items I didn't want. She told me that I was supposed to have my return items in order and my return skew wasn't sufficient for all the items I was returning to the same online store. She scanned the code from my phone and only allowed me to return the only item she could identify. I asked if I could come back at a different time and she said "We're always busy," so it wouldn't make a difference. I complained to the online store and they sent me another skew and directed me to use the postal service which turned out to be effortless.

Also you are given a month to either pay the price increase or move your items. The bare minimum would be informing your tenants with a reason for the increase especially if they have been with your company less than a year. One increase is understandable but two in less than a year? Going from $154-$186? An explanation should be in order or an option to downsize units. Bad business practice for those of us who are active duty/veterans with limited time on moving our items or eating the cost of the price increase. Transparency is needed.
