FedEx really needs to get it together. They were given the access code to my apartment building by the apartment manager and yet they still send their drivers out without giving them the code. My package was in Sacramento (10 minute drive from me) and got sent to Stockton (over an hour away) where it has sat not moving for 10 days. I have called FedEx and been given the brush off by some call center. Went to ship off packages and lady at the front desk mentioned they don't print shipping labels.

They keep making the east coast shipping cutoff earlier and earlier! It used to be 4:45, then 4:30, and now 4:15 (even though the truck leaves at 4:30) Before you know it, it will be 12 noon or even 8 am! It's a big deal for me since it's a long drive in rush hour traffic. No info about these drop off times on the FedEx website. You have to call or go in person and be turned away. Well, here we are... ANOTHER review about this garbage heap of a shipping center. Anything I have had of value shipped through this facility has been "lost" (stolen). Being so consistent about it, there is nothing you could possibly tell me to convince me that there isn't a systemic issue with employees stealing packages of value, because no company could possibly be so poorly functioning to "accidentally lose" ONLY the valuable items that pass through one particular main facility, and still remain in business. The last two items stolen have been a $200 pair of jeans, and now they have stolen over $400 worth of gear that I ordered from Under Armour for a sporting event that I now can't attend because of these clowns, because not only am I out the money, 4 of the 7 items are not even available for purchase anymore. I had a $500 camera being sent to me from eBay that never arrived then all the sudden a month later some shady guy in a moving truck dropped it off he had on a FedEx shirt I seen him on my security camera it was trying to cover his eyes. The last time they delivered was on Jul 22, 10:30 am, and I was at home (upstairs) but they just posted a note on the door for me to pick it up from their office, which is 23 miles away. I was furious so I reviewed the driver's action which was captured on Ring, and noted that he waited for only 18 seconds! then left after posting a note. Given that they are paid premium to secure my signature, the driver should have waited longer. Now they are threatening to return the package to the sender if I don't pick it up. I complained about it and their manager called back. However, it did not turn out well as he kept on talking and would not listen to me. Very very bad experience. Fedex sucks! if i could give less than one star i would. but i have to give something. i was driving on i 5 heading north bound. i was at the march lane exit ( crossing the bridge heading to hammer lane ) in the right hand lane. i go to pass a fedex box truck. as i get right along side of him, he slowly moves over and forced me on the shoulder and almost caused me to hit the wall that goes across the bridge. no turn signals or anything. just moved over. i flashed my lights and honked my horn but he didnt care. after that i went around him and passed him. as i look in my rear view mirror, i see him cathing up to me. next thing i know he is right on my tail close enough to touch his truck. so he decides to tailgate me. i guess he figured it would scare me. it didnt. so with him on my back end tailgating, i took my exit at hammer lane. he is still on my tail but i managed to pull away from him. i took the kelly drive turn and made the light. it was turning yellow as i went though it and was ready to turn red. he was far enough behind me that i knew he would not make the light. not surprisingly to me, he runs the red light and gets on my tail again. so i figured he might be stupid enough to follow me. either he had a delivery or decided to stop what he was doing. he turned into the shopping center next to inshape. so i get hoime and call fedex. all i get is a run around and no one would help me. i really hope someone from fedex reads this and makes an effort to contact me. but i really doubt they will even bother. read more

I once obtained a refund for an item I ordered that passed through this location; to my great surprise the item was actually delivered to me... 7 MONTHS LATER! Management at this location should be ASHAMED of themselves as it is clear they have NO respect for their customers and NO sense of professional integrity. That's when I yelled "hold on" I went inside for a pen to open box and sure enough my transmission fluid was spilled all over even on my air filter and other items I purchased from autozone. The worst service out there. I spoke to Wendy in the customer advocacy team. Who was not a good advocate for customers by the way. I paid for Prioity Overnight. Assuming, as most people would, that overnight means overnight. However, looking at tracking and speaking to Wendy, I found out that overnight means next business day. They don't deliver on Saturdays. When I asked Wendy how much would the same package cost if the package was sent 'Home Delivery' (snd d ok es deliver on Saturday). And, it was basically $40.00 less. Oh, and it would have arrived Tuesday instead of Monday. That's one day more and $40.00 less. But I paid more because I thought overnight meant overnight. Someone needs to update the dictionary to include "Unless you're FedEx, in which case the definition of overnight is 'except weekends'." read more

Absolutely the worst experience. The driver who was supposed to deliver my legal time sensitive document was downright lazy. I live in a duplex. The attempt was made on the wrong unit. The driver couldn't go the 5 feet to the next unit to make the attempt. The door was open because I. Was WAITING on the package. I looked at the neighbors cameras he literally wrote the door tag before he even got off the truck mind you there were cars in the driveway and parked on the street. He didn't even knock he just put the tag on the WRONG DOOR and left. The door tag had no information on it other than the time. I called customer service and was ASSURED by a supervisor that the delivery would be made by 8 pm. At 8:15 no delivery was made nor attempted. When I called customer service I was told that the delivery wasn't reattempted because the driver was too busy doing pick ups. FIRST OF ALL. If you needed help with pickups or delivery why didn't you call dispatch? Another driver could have helped with your pick ups or helped with your deliveries. This drivers lack of time management,disregard for the job they do and the service they provide and overall laziness is embarrassing and inconvenient as hell! This overall experience has been horrible a document that I needed for extremely important reasons is sitting in a redistribution box because the driver was lazy. With no regard to how not delivering that item effects the recipient. Do Better. read more
