    I was deeply disappointed by the conduct of one of the driving examiners I observed…read more This examiner ( African American lady with a bun who examined on 1/13/26 11am-1pm) consistently treated applicants with impatience and intimidation. Her tone was harsh, her demeanor dismissive, and her behavior appeared to unnecessarily heighten anxiety for those taking their driving tests. Many individuals come to the DMV already nervous, and instead of being guided calmly and professionally, their confidence was visibly shaken. As someone who spent a career working with students, I know how much an authority figure's attitude can affect performance. A driving test should be conducted in a clear, respectful, and professional manner. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I believe DMV employees-- ESPECIALLY driving examiners- should be held to higher standards of professionalism. Applicants deserve to be evaluated fairly, without fear or intimidation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all staff treat the public with respect To the examiner or examiners colleague who can tell her this message: it is never cute to be a bully, please re-evaluate yourself and do better. Be Better! Praying you heal. To anyone who has experienced this type of abuse: please know that this is not normal. You have the right to report their disgusting behaviors.

    It's the bulging on the corner of the one way to the right. There's parking in the front, on the…read moreside when you make the right and in the parking lot to the right behind the building. A few steps to get up to the door. If you're walking in from the front of the building it's the last door on the left. If you're coming from the back of the building it's the first door on the right. Common sense but just in case you get lost. Joann is absolutely amazing! We came in on a Saturday morning 2 people ahead of us, but upon sitting down 1 of them was already getting up and the other person was still waiting on information so she called us up. We explained the situation and she immediately got into her system and started working her magic. She's good at what she does, she's prompt, she worked hard helping us in trying to get our lost title back from another state. I mean we were on hold a few different times and got hung up on a few times as well, still she insisted on calling back and dealing with the automatic prompt (press 1 for this 2 for that) She didn't get irritated (as I would've) she had so much patience. Once we realized we couldn't do our out of state title transfer (due to our own personal hiccups) she still called someone from Arizona and got all the information needed and even printed out the application for us to fill out and mail in. Not only that, she actually walked us through the paperwork step by step to make sure it was filled in correctly and ready for us just to get a money order and put it in the mail afterwards. She also helped us with another vehicle in getting the title transferred, tags up to date and paid. She is really good at what she does, she's friendly & not to mention so funny! She goes above and beyond for her clients. She does anything from out of state titles, title transfers, vin verifications, notary, plates, tag transfers, name/address changes etc. Definitely saves you those long lines and wait times at the DMV. I will definitely be back for all my dmv needs and highly recommend Joann to everyone! You need something dmv related? She will take care of you.
