I have done quite a bit of business with the Ripon post office. This post office is on the smaller…read moreside. When you first walk in there are several packaging accessories on the wall to the right. If you need a last minute card for a special occasion, they have a card rack against the wall. There is a counter on the back wall with room for customers to finish packaging and addressing their shipments. There are three points of sale at the front counter and it is typically staffed with 1-2 employees. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes. Each visit, I have found the different staff members to be friendly and helpful. During transactions they always ask if I need any stamps. I have never run into any customer service issues.

My rent check was mailed to this office for my landlord and it showed delivered in 2 days but then my landlord told me it wasn't in his box. I panicked because it was a cashiers check and I wasn't gonna get that back for 90 days minimum if lost. Luckily I told Amy it showed delivered and it wasn't and she went to the back real quick and came back with the envelope! I was so grateful. She said some of the helpers had misplaced it into another PO Box. She was nice enough to put it in the right one for us after I called my landlord. After making a call to a dealer friend he suggested I contact a mobile Vin verifier. I contacted Erin at 209 Mobile Vin Verification. Since he had the best presence online and his website was concise and informative. When we spoke, Erin was super responsive and willing to drive out to Clements, which you might know is out in the country. Erin said no problem and I told him I would let him know when we would be available in the future, since it was during the heavy rains and muddy at the Ranch. Since things dried out recently, I contacted Erin and surprisingly he was so responsive and willing to come out the next day. Erin showed up and verified the Vin and the information in a matter of a few minutes. All completed and ready for DMV registration now. Amazing customer service!
