A knowledgeable, honest, and reliable draftsman is hard to come by. I have worked with him on several projects, and he has always been available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. He is very straightforward and transparent, if something cannot be done because of permitting issues, or if a structure is not worth saving, he will tell you directly instead of wasting your time and money. Many people will say things or complain, but I don't care. I know the situation I was in, and he helped get me out of it.
