People should avoid UPS stores as they charge a significant up charge to mail packages that could easily be mailed for much lesser cost at the United States Post office. I will most likely be placing a stop payment on my credit card and I may take legal action to recover the cash amount that was paid up front. I most likely will submit a better Business bureau rating if I do not get my refund promptly.
