He was so fast and kind to help me choose a box and explained to me the different shipping speeds and values and recommended that I choose "express saver" based on the value that it comes with a free box and it would be cheaper than shipping "fedex ground" factoring in the cost of the box I had to purchase. We then immediately bonded after I told him that I was a flight attendant for an airline, and he told me that he is an aspiring pilot and has his basic license, and hopes to go to flight school full time after his time at CalPoly SLO. He was so passionate about aviation and he said his job with FedEx before he transferred was working on the ramp in Sacramento for FedEx, unloading and loading their cargo aircraft and that he missed that job more than anything. After a great conversation, he nicely packed my items, and I think he even put some bubble wrap in there even though I'm pretty sure you have to pay for that! I wish him luck! I then asked a question about some packages that were getting delivered to my address, but not in my name. He wasn't sure about the answer, so he quickly summoned another young lady, Elena, who was absolutely helpful in answering my questions. She was so kind and helpful in explaining what was happening and promised to resolve the issue with the delivery driver. So far, no more mysterious packages have been delivered to my house! I am so so pleased with the service here. Everybody is so kind, and I will be coming here again and recommending this business to my friends, family, and coworkers. I have not seen this level of customer service, friendliness, knowledge, or professionalism anywhere else!

The library itself is on Meadow Drive, but confusingly, that address gives you a house on Woodmere Road. The library resembles the house, but they've since built a ridiculously tall privacy fence between the library and the house, so it seems to be all by its lonesome whereas originally it felt like part of the property. When I returned to visit on the way back south, the book I had left had been taken, but most of the others remained the same. I was pleasantly surprised.

It was a challenging delivery since it had to go up a set of twisty stairs. I called them ahead of time to prepare them, thinking that I would get push-back but instead I was met with a positive attitude and someone who was brainstorming with me for awhile on the phone on how to make it work. They scheduled the delivery immediately to accommodate my vacation schedule. The two guys who showed up had the same positive attitude. I had expected them to roll their eyes and try to beg off but nope. They patiently talked with me about the different possible options and then settled on a plan, being very careful and protecting not only the tub but also the stairs and the handrails. They managed to squeeze it through the twists and turns with less than an inch to spare. They placed it exactly where it needed to be and left us very happy. I was extremely impressed with everyone involved.
