The location is horrible because it's always congested, you'd better be handling some quick, in-out business because parking is only 15 minutes per signage. Both times I've come, I've seen a wrecker truck hidden in plane site watching and timing. It's also difficult to get out because of the ridiculous traffic uuug, the way I've learned to handle the traffic here in Massachusetts is do unto others as I would have them do unto me AND simply be patient. What I mean by that statement is, when other motorists signal to get over/out etc render kindness to them. Be patient when needing to turn left or get over and others will do the same for you. It stinks if you miss the pickup especially on a Friday as the next pickup will be on Monday and your package will be held hostage in the box with no way to retrieve it. This office is located at Logan International and accepts drop offs until 9 pm!!! YES I SAID 9 pm!!! I have used this location many many many times over the last decade. The staff here is always happy to chat and answer all your shipping questions and handle all your shipping needs including supplies. They have parking spots directly out front. FYI...Please look twice as huge tractor trailers are moving around this area quite often. I give this FedEx Ship Center a Solid 4 Stars.
