I had a 4th floor apt with a a LOT of boxes and furniture and a non - working elevator. They sent out 6 guys, got the ap't empty within 2 hours, and then 4 went to the destination and unloaded in about 30 minutes. I could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend. Just be sure to ask about their minimums before you book. In my case, they came in at the absolute bottom of the estimate. And the big movers had much higher starting quotes. Will use again.

They deserve 5000++ 5* reviews. My son who's a college student had a flight that was a disaster and…read morehad to be diverted to Logan airport. His luggage never arrived and was still at his connection (a whole other story). The airline contracts with a courier DDD that has more 1* reviews that I care to comment and those reviews are well warranted. My son's luggage sat at Logan for several days with absolutely zero sense of urgency AND he is on medication that he MUST check in so that caused more issues. I was in a bind and finally had no choice but to do what I could to handle this on my own. The first company I called was this one. I called at 12:30am EST and after 2 rings, Greg picked up. He's the owner. He listened to my situation, calmed me down, and stated "I will help you." Word that NO ONE said at the airline nor DDD. I provided him with information, he promised me he would take care of me. I went to bed. At 11:00am, my son received his luggage. All I can say is LISTEN.RESPOND.DELIVER that is the slogan for this company. I am extremely grateful that Greg took my call and was willing to help a parent like me at 12:30am and do as he promised. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COURIER SERVICE ENOUGH. I wish his business all the success and truly appreciate his sense of urgency and understanding of situations like this. Much appreciated!

DHL makes everything so difficult. Based on my 15 years of experience with them…read more The shipment better not be time-sensitive -it takes several days to set up a shipment (this does not include time waiting on the truck to show for the pickup). You & the receiver must have an account and you must have the approval of both accounts This is the issue; the approvals never go smoothly - waiting to get the it, or the approval gets lost in data heaven. DHL customer service is little help. After the customer sent us screen shots of the acceptance & an email: "We do not show the acceptance of the customer" ~DHL Any other express international carrier is better, quicker, and easier to use. After gaining said approvals, it take 1 or 2 days for them to pickup. In general if given the choice I would pick anything other than DHL -(seriously an Alpaca with a satchel is a better option in my opinion)
