She is not rude she is a New Englander. Millennials can take their hurt feelings at not being bowed down to just for being a customer and go find your safe space to pout. Yes she is direct and will ask as soon as you walk through the door if you are dropping off a pre-paid package. If you are she'll let you know where to leave it so it gets sorted correctly. It's quick and you can get on your way. Lots of other drop off places charge you up to $1 or more just to drop off a pre-paid package and she doesn't charge. That's a big deal to me since I ship often. If you need something else she's helpful and will get it done. Tape costs money and she is a small business. If you don't bring your own then expect to pay for it. Not an unreasonable ask, especially if you are looking down your nose at her because she didn't give what you deemed a properly bubbly greeting. She does run on cash or check only so be prepared for that, again small business and running cards costs money. It's a small business I'm glad is here and I'm happy to support.

Best part is he did it all with a smile. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. That guy needs a raise. This place is gonna be a frequent stop for me. All the hours I've wasted trying to find boxes, wrapping in brown paper like a former postal worker would do, & a whole lot of tape when all I have to do now is bring it to Parcel & Post Plus. Because of the recent move they now have a larger parking lot (which was previously a hassle at the last location), double the PO boxes, supplies that customers can purchase, and the staff now have a larger space to work in. I left the store with 5 very expensive Cardboard boxes but they'll be durable so it was worth the cost and travel to the store. When it finally got to the Raynham facility I decided to just drive and grab it instead of waiting which I assumed would be multiple days to get from the facility to my house. That trip is literally 2 miles. The guy at the front said "yes sir it's here but it's on a truck in the back and we can't get it". Why? Just walk back there and get it. "No we can't do that" so instead I have to wait 2 more days because that was a Saturday. So I can't get it on Sunday and Monday is a holiday. So hopefully Tuesday but it won't matter by then cause my sure the meds are destroyed by now. If not now then they will be Tuesday. I'm only giving two stars cause the kid was polite and it's not his fault. However, not being able to get someone's medication even though they are in the building is piss poor service. Fed Ex is the only delivery service I end up having issues. UPS and Amazon are usually good. USP definitely has its own set of issues however they mostly are ok also. Just do better.

As usual FedEx tracking is hot garbage.
