This post office is very small. The lines are usually long and they are often under staffed. If you just need to drop off mail, there is a drive through drop off. The slot is thin and only good for envelopes not packages. On the rare occasion that they aren't busy, the front desk people look a lot happier and are friendly. They have always been nice to me, but the workload looks so heavy that they look stressed. Due to cutbacks, they are not open Weekends.

The day we all decided to mail something....

I have to give this post office three stars in hopes it raises its overall score. There was a long line...it went by quickly since there were three employees helping customers. An automated stamp machine would be nice. Service was adequate : I needed to mail something. They slapped a postage sticker on it and threw my envelope in a bin. I'd consider that a job well done. Now I just have to make sure it arrives at its destination (which I'm sure it will).

A USPS post office clerk with who cursed at me and isn't wearing her mask right.

I had an issue with receiving mail and the person in front made sure I was able to talk to the supervisor and she was really helpful. One week later my issue was resolved. Small but ample parking. After waiting to be assisted, I approached the counter and was helped by a blonde clerk whose name I unfortunately did not get. From the beginning, she seemed bothered by my request and responded rudely, telling me that mistakes should not be made on the application. I completely understood that mistakes can delay the process, but I was simply asking for another form so we could correct it. She then told me that if mistakes are made, I would need to go online and print a new application myself. I explained that I had already tried searching for the form online but could not find the correct link, and I also let her know that I do not have access to a computer or printer. Despite this, she still seemed unwilling to help. Customer service should involve patience and understanding, especially when someone is respectfully asking for assistance. I left feeling dismissed and uncomfortable rather than helped.

I'm writing a review today because Aurelia with her RBF gave me my package that required a signature, without having to see my physical California ID. Gave me attitude the whole time, questioning why I go around without my ID and whatnot LMAO but ultimately let my no-ID-bringing ass slide and gave me my package. Minus one star because at the end of the transaction, after having me sign for my package, she had the audacity to ask me to do a survey asking about courtesy and if the service I received was courteous LMAO!! It was not courteous, but I felt the need to give a green smiley face since yo girl gave me my package. Lines are always out the door. Usually 3 workers. Can get your passport photos taken here. Get free USPS boxes. Etc. Pricing is standard USPS. Will only be coming back here since it's the only USPS near me. Just wanted to give Aurelia a shoutout with her wild ass customer service hahaha glad I took my ashwagandha today.

Why is this place still open? ETA: it is now 2pm and have not been called. The lobby is FULL. WHERE IS THE CLERK?

I typically wouldn't review a post office but because I was on a time crunch in between my work break-- I thought this might help someone else when selecting among the many local post office options. Not the fastest, but good service when I can finally get up to the service counter. On this particular visit, service was good as I just purchased a book of stamps and got an important letter that I mailed out for a rebate. It was lunch time so it took a while as their was only 1 employee helping at the service counter. Don't they realize not good to take their lunches during lunch hours when most people come in at this busy time? Also a manager or another employee a male would ask if anyone needs help, but did doesn't service the counter? I know this is an issue from a while back, but I wouldn't ever do express passport service here as I paid more money to get my passport quicker and it never came! I had to go all the way out to the Federal building in LA to get it and that was a fiasco as well. Do you think this post office would refund me any money for the express not happening as well as the mail service not delivering it? Heck no! I almost missed my planned trip back then. I try to stay away from here let alone any post office if at all possible. I don't like writing stuff like this, but facts. Sad.

Unfortunately, The new ownership not only has a bad attitude but will also take advantage of customers. I was charged $114.50 to send a three-page document to Asia using their USPS service. When I checked USPS.com at home, I discovered that the actual Priority Mail cost was only $45.40. I returned to question the $69 overcharge, and their explanation was that $45.40 is the price if you go directly to the post office, while the additional $69 was their "service fee." They further admitted that they add a service fee to every transaction--even for the purchase of a single stamp. While I understand reasonable service fees, charging $69 on top of a $45 transaction is excessive, deceptive, and exploitative. This is not a fair business practice; it is price gouging. I strongly caution anyone considering this location: always ask for the exact service charge in writing before agreeing to mail anything. Otherwise, you may end up paying double or more than the actual USPS , DHL or FedEx prices . I would rate it ZERO stars if I could
