Seriously, I have brought a hundred packages here; some well wrapped, some wrapped not so great. Without a word, they have corrected my mistakes, waited patiently for me, repacked, rewrote package labels, and other services that are too vast to mention. I came the other day after being refused help at another USPS location. The agent took my package which had a small mistake in how I had addressed it (actual location on the package) and didn't say a word, other than she was going to stick a label on it to make it more clear. This was all the agent at the other location had to offer instead of being a jerk. Agent # 11 at this location (Oberlin Village) was so pleasant, and nice and simply cut a sticky label paper small piece and we stuck it over my mistaken addressing to make it more clear and bam, mailed, no problem! These are the kind of employees USPS needs and needs to keep around! Good job and thank you so much, will be staying with this location for my services.

The line out the door was HORRIBLE, the parking lot was tiny and awful to navigate. My husband and I both have the free USPS service "Informed Delivery Daily Digest," which sends e-mails to you with pictures of the mail that is coming each day. Therefore, we know when mail is missing. Last week a refund check that was coming to my husband, that we got a scan of, went missing. Today I was missing a COBRA info mailing from my husband's former employer and another bill. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to deal with the most condescending, rude and unhelpful man. He was not one of the clerks, it was a taller African American man who looked to be some kind of manager. He told me there is no guarantee on pieces of mail being delivered and seemed like he could give two craps about my issues. How about some faked empathy? Why so rude and combative?? I guess it's MY problem that USPS is losing my mail and not his. I told him about my issues and he completely brushed me off. I have already written to my former congressperson in FL about my mail not being properly forwarded, but I guess I'll be writing to one here too and filing complaints online about the mail here.
