My mother sent my brother and myself a package from Florida on February 1st. My brother lives in California and received his package Tuesday Feb 5th. On the other hand, I live in Phoenix, Arizona. It is now Wednesday February 13th and my package has been lost in the Phoenix plant since Thursday the 7th. After many headaches and personal time spent that I will never get back, my package is reportedly missing and was "never scanned" at the Phoenix post office even though the tracking information indicates otherwise. WHERE IS MY MAIL? This is just wrong on so many levels and I am supposed to just deal with it? Last month when my mother sent a care package (spending MORE money on priority insured mail that was not honored or guaranteed--no refund) the mail was delayed and opened/partially destroyed with food items missing. I have a very particular diet due to my health conditions and whoever stole my food is an evil person. My mail belongs to me and me only and I feel so violated by the way I've been treated by the USPS, especially Phoenix because this is where the PROBLEM resides. Get rid of your dishonest workers who STEAL from hardworking, American citizens for their own benefit. How much more can we take? We have nothing left when it comes to privacy or human rights these days. SHAME ON YOU. read more

They took out the self serve stamp/mailing machine. So...what's the point? Now you get to wait in line. Go elsewhere if you plan on doing your own Post officing (yeah I made it up). It would be like going to the bank without an ATM. read more

I regularly use this post office since it is the one nearest to my home. Often times when I come in it is very busy however what post office is not. I always have a positive experience The workers are very polite especially April. I'll be back the next time I need to ship a package. read more

The lovely mail carrier delivered a package and placed inside a parcel locker without leaving the key on Friday. I assumed it was left in my apartment office. On Monday, no package was left inside my apartment office. Made contact with a worker in the postal office who assured me they will make contact with the current mailman to leave the parcel key or check the box. Needless to say, that did not happen. Make contact for the 2nd time and the lady assure me she will have the mailman return to the location and guarantee a callback. Again, needless to say? That as well did not happen. So here it is Tuesday, no package, no key and no call back! So I made contact again to file a complaint on the mailman from Friday and the fabulous facility workers on Monday. Spoke with a "fill-in" supervisor named Anna, who pretended to be of some kind of assistance till I realized I was the one following through with her broken promises then she became very defensive when I asked for the Manager and after verbal battle informed me she will no longer assist and she will not pass my info on to the next representative. read more

This is literally THE WORST post office I have ever experienced! From the time I purchased my home and moved into the neighborhood 7 years ago, until today, I feel like I have at least one MAJOR issue with them per year. From delivering the key to the new lock on my mailbox to the wrong house, to not receiving packages sent FedEx SmartPost, this post office never fails to keep disappointing me. This time, I have stopped receiving some mail. I have 3 pieces of mail that have those little yellow stickers saying Return To Sender slapped on them, two of which were from my company, so they were later hand-delivered, and the third that was hand-delivered to me separately. The first time I had to call the main 800 number because the local post office didn't answer the phone after trying for 30 minutes. After receiving a claim #, I received a call from this local post office, and the guy gave me some lame excuse about my mail being mis-routed, and instead of routing it correctly, someone is slapping these yellow Return To Sender stickers on it. He said he would make a notation in my account to ensure it gets rectified. However, 3 weeks later, and I'm still not receiving certain mail, including two bills (where I incurred late charges because of nonpayment) and tax documents. After several attempts to call the local post office, someone named Galen finally answered and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about because there was nothing in their system connected with my name or address that indicated there were any issues. And when I tried to explain it to him, he acted like I was making it up something. Seriously, people? This is government waste at its worst! These are THE MOST incompetent people I have ever dealt with my life! Meanwhile, I'm still not getting all of my mail. SMH. read more

I was expecting a package Saturday never arrived, finally received email stating it would be delivered Sunday. received another email that said it was delivered and on the porch or front door, we were home all day looked for package never found it. Our cameras never showed that no one ever showed up 1:49 pm to drop off package. You cant talk to anyone, its Sunday. if the USPS is going to deliver packages on the weekend why don't hire competent people that know the addresses, they're nincompoops that just want to do a half a88 job and get paid. on Monday morning our neighbor brought the package he lives a block away, he found it in his cow pasture, he thinks that just to get rid of it they just throw it over the fence, he claims this is the third package he has found in his pasture, the other two packages he took to the post office, ours he recognized our name. You can't go in and complain because they laugh at you. We have a business mailbox that you can put packages in, FedEx and UPS always use it. You know those commercials on TV that is considered false advertisement. the shame is this is a federal government agency, that not to long ago were complaining about the security of their jobs. read more

So I just moved to this area a few months ago and I've had nothing but problems with the mail carrier in this area! 85041. I paid extra to have a package delivered to me on a specific day and the carrier gave my package to another neighbor! Before this I had a similar issue where the mail man was supposed to deliver my package to my door because it was heat sensitive and they left it in a hot box all day which ruined my product. This person clearly can't handle their job and needs to be replaced!!! If you live in this area don't make the same mistake I did. GO WITH UPS!!!!!!!! read more

have been receiving mail at this address for over 25 years, and in the recent couple of years we have had so may different carriers. Maybe they don't get paid enough or they don't like the area, I don't know, but whenever the regular carrier is on vacation or has a day off our mail does not get delivered. I run my business from my home and I depend on the mail to delivery my mail on time, this is how I get paid for the services that I offer. I have never complaint before and have put up with it. Last week I did not one single piece of mail, not even junk mail, On Friday we went to the post office to see we have some not deliverable mail, no they even called the carrier that was subbing that week and she said no they have no mail. Yesterday Monday afternoon happen to see the mail truck pull up and talked to the carrier and he said your carrier is still on vacation and this is last week mail. Don't know why it was not delivered. Yesterday three of our clients emailed us and said the envelopes they mailed out were returned back for the address was unknown, Today received four calls from clients with the same complaint. This is more of a review and a message for USPS as a whole. Over the years the USPS has been getting worse and worse! I have a lost package, can I get a hold of a live customer service representative? NO! NO I CANNOT! The automated system refuses to let you speak to a representative. Also in order for your email to be accepted through the USPS website, you must put that you "did" contact the police, otherwise you will not be allowed to send your inquiry! SO remember back in 2004 when the postal workers were begging us to fight for them to save their jobs? Well, with this steady "we don't care about you" attitude, by the organization as a whole, and their burnt out miserable postal workers, guess what, I no longer care about you! When the government declares that they are planning on closing he USPS to save on their spending budget, from here on out I say they got my vote to do so! I am so upset because I did vote to protect your jobs! Yet you don't care that I did so and treat me and my packages, yet alone all other people who fought for you, like an inconvenience. I have had many stolen and lost packages because of your hiring shady and incompetent workers! Heck there are articles all over the web talking about how there is a massive increase of incompetence and vehicle accidents caused by the USPS. There are more and more private carriers coming about out there just waiting for your collapse! I will have no problem using them once your organization finally falls. You don't care because we don't have many choices due to your monopoly, well, maybe when you are struggling to find a job, you will think twice of your actions! I am speaking to you mainly upper management and your direct legislatures because it is YOUR failure to uphold your "USO" US Code Title 39 Section 101 obligations to us!
