Why don't you just remove or cross out dollar coins accepted and shouldn't you give us change back?? Wtf?? Some grumpy a** people around Billings. Get the sticks out from under you and smile. You're taking my money anyhow. The dryers were in good shape. Small load- 4 dollars. Wow- and dryer was 2.25 I believe. So close to ten for a small load. Comfortable setting inside and parking available, just don't bother with staff nor dollar coins, use quarters!

You can get change for up to a 20. There is one soda machine. There's an old school Ms. Pacman machine which was cool to play! I wrote a letter to the manager, Vince Widener, on November 27, 2018 and have never received an explanation or an apology. Is this any way to run a business? Not only did they ruin my dress, they charged me $25 to ruin it. What kind of reputable business does this? Customer service ZERO. I highly recommend you take your dry cleaning to another business. These people are truly kind and caring about the situations they deal with here. The facilities are very clean, private, and home-y. The employees are very understanding and well-spoken. An additional thing I like is that they don't seem to mass-produce the urns. The one I picked for my grandmother isn't on the shelves anymore, and the one I chose for my mother was off the shelf almost the very next day, so I can really appreciate the individuality of it.
