I wrote a letter to the manager, Vince Widener, on November 27, 2018 and have never received an explanation or an apology. Is this any way to run a business? The prices are fairly inexpensive, and small packages of detergent, bleach, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are available to buy from a machine. The dryers are big and work really well, so it doesn't cost much to dry. There is seating inside and outside. I don't think anyone actually works in there, but someone came in to clean. They should consider getting wifi!
