I have lost about $10 over the last few months due to machines that take your money and then break. A clean well-lit place for laundry. I travel all over the US and use laundromats quite a bit. This place is one of the best. Located a bit out of the way in The Heights area of Billings. Very clean and easy to find. Park in the back for easiest access. Prices are reasonable. The medium front loaders are $3.00. Top loaders are $1.75. Dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes. You can get change for up to a 20. There is one soda machine. There's an old school Ms. Pacman machine which was cool to play! One review I saw elsewhere mentioned this would be a good place for truckers. Definitely looks that way, although you might have to park nearby. read more

Terrible machines. Put less detergent in my loads than normal and the machines didn't even fully disolve the detergent. Put more money in to wash a second time and the machines still didn't get the job done. Put the clothes in the dryer to atlease dry my clothes a bit and after half an hour my clothes were completely soaked. I spent 30 bucks on doing laundry and my laundry didn't even done. Total fail. The laundry mat was so-so the washing machine cycles are 2 dollars per load in quarters and they don't wash the soap out that well. The dryers are 25 cents per cycle but they only go for 8 minutes so you have to continuously restart the dryer 25 cents each time. The laundry facilities did the job but ,it took forever!! read more

Brand new large washing machines, prices are great, dryers heat really hot, nothing out of order like the washtime laundromat on grand, lots of machines out if order, cause owner doesn't want to fix anything, and managers are very rude and discourteous at washtime and gorham park laundry, this place may be small, but it's very clean. Our washing machine broke earlier this week and I couldn't get one replaced until today. Yesterday I decided to try Laundry Time and was not happy with my experience. I had 5 loads of laundry. I put 3 in one of the large washers (which did a great job) for $3.50. 2 load in two separate one load white washers. Neither of the one loaders cleaned the clothes. There was gunk all over the clothing and they smelled and looked dirty ($2.00 each load). I purchased some Clorox from their vending machine for .75 and nothing popped out. At least the change machine worked well enough. So I put both of the 1 loads into separate 3 load capacity washing machines (since I figured they were working) for an additional $3.50 per wash. Total cost for 5 loads of laundry ran me $14.50 and although the clothes look clean they don't smell clean and I use Tide and Downy softener and put plenty in the machines. I called and left 2 messages and still have not received a phone call back in 24 hours. I'm not pleased with the service. The laundromat itself was hot the thermostat was set at 75!! Ridiculous. There is a television to watch however and free wifi from the shop next door to the mat. The whole place was fairly dirty. The washers, the floor, the tables the chairs. We were a little scared to put our clothes on the tables so we did not. I won't be going back. They can keep their nasty mat and I will be using my new Sears washing machine I had delivered TODAY. read more
