They did vinyl plank flooring in the bathroom and hallway. They did vinyl tile in the kitchen and laundry room and new carpeting in the living room. Aaron came by before we started this part of our project and made sure that we were good with his schedule and what we needed to have ready. His guys were great too. Constantly losing floor plans and material decisions. The people installing the tile, carpet and backsplash were great, and did good work. The issue was Carol micro managing them and changing things we hadn't approved. The entire process was incredibly stressful, and make 1000 times worse every time we had to communicate anything to Rich's. Rather than have to deal with them at all, we hired different contractors to fix mistakes.
