We've lucked out and stayed with some friends here and there and did laundry at their house.. but occasionally we have to use a laundromat. This place was clean, the lady at the counter was super nice and there were plenty of washers and dryers in different sizes. There are also tables and chairs to sit at, a change machine and a bathroom. We used a double load washer and it was $3.25 and took 38 minutes. The dryer was $1 and took 24 minutes and in that time all of our clothes were dry. $4.25 in and out in an hour.. best one so far.

Be that as it may, my dress is not a Calvin Klein, nor did they warn me it could be ruined. They just took it. I wrote a letter to the manager, Vince Widener, on November 27, 2018 and have never received an explanation or an apology. Is this any way to run a business? Not only did they ruin my dress, they charged me $25 to ruin it. What kind of reputable business does this? Customer service ZERO. I highly recommend you take your dry cleaning to another business. I will not be returning. I had to rate it with one star to be able to post my back experience.

I was told she no longer alters the sides of sports coats, like tapering in the waist, etc.. and I was told that the only thing she could really help me with would be the hem length of the pants. Well, the largest disappointment was that she suggested that I go to a hooterite or someone else who has time for those kinds of things. So people, unless you just simply need pants hemmed, don't walk through the door. I don't know it just didn't make any sense that an alteration shop would send the guy outside the door and pass up on probably $200 of work?????
