Several walls are gouged and scraped. They should have repaired that or took better care not to do it in the first place. They took breaks, which I paid for. I ended up paying $2000 for a move from storage to a home here in Billings. The guys that moved me were nice young men who did work hard. Not only did I receive the lowest quote from them, after calling 7 other tow companies..... They had someone available to help me immediately!! This was on a Friday at 4:45pm! The employee I worked with directly was Gary. I opted in for text messaging (my preferred method) which is how we communicated and I can't believe how smooth everything went!! I mean exceptional service! He arrived and had my vehicle loaded before I could even get to the location!! He text me that he had everything taken care of and I could turn around and meet him back at my house. Once at my house, he delivered my car with perfection. Exactly where I wanted it parked. He was very professional and took great care while handling the heavy equipment near my vehicle. And had quite literally completed the entire job within 30 minutes from the time I'd made initial contact, including the at least 10 mile tow! At this days in age in particular, it is so rare to find businesses that are ran with true integrity and transparency. I am a major skeptic when it comes to this kind of thing because I am so tired of being ripped off and taken advantage of in my moments of need and unexpected emergency expenses.
