We recently made a cross country move from Montana to New Jersey - apart from a few early worries, the entire process was amazing and seamless. From "paying for what you pack" to scheduling and planning the drop off, everyone we worked with was extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate any of the changes and adjustments during our move! The only negative we ran into was trying to get the partition doors up in place properly as one of the metal bars had been bent by a previous user - but the driver who picked up our shipment was extremely helpful and assisted in bending the bar back into place and getting the walls in proper position!
Finally, we were unable to receive the drop-off in the typical time window they account for due to being out of town, and U-Pack was very accommodating and held our shipment in their distribution facility for over a week until we returned and dropped it off the morning requested. Not only did the driver maneuver some nasty ice and tight turns in the driveway, but was very friendly and helpful unloading the ramp; when we wrapped up unpacking faster than expected the afternoon we received it, we called to have it picked up the next day, only to have another driver come by on the same day to pick it up a few hours later!
10/10 service all the way around, from the drivers to the customer service team - hoping to never have a cross-country move again, but we will use U-Pack again if we do! read more
