I feel like I struck gold!! I found these guys on Yelp, gave them a call and told them that I had a…read morecar with a blown engine that I need towed immediately to avoid impound. Not only did I receive the lowest quote from them, after calling 7 other tow companies..... They had someone available to help me immediately!! This was on a Friday at 4:45pm! The employee I worked with directly was Gary. I opted in for text messaging (my preferred method) which is how we communicated and I can't believe how smooth everything went!! I mean exceptional service! He arrived and had my vehicle loaded before I could even get to the location!! He text me that he had everything taken care of and I could turn around and meet him back at my house. Once at my house, he delivered my car with perfection. Exactly where I wanted it parked. He was very professional and took great care while handling the heavy equipment near my vehicle. And had quite literally completed the entire job within 30 minutes from the time I'd made initial contact, including the at least 10 mile tow! At this days in age in particular, it is so rare to find businesses that are ran with true integrity and transparency. I am a major skeptic when it comes to this kind of thing because I am so tired of being ripped off and taken advantage of in my moments of need and unexpected emergency expenses. I am very impressed with the experience that Patriot Towing & Hauling made available to me today. In the future I will be recommending them to everyone I know! And unlike so many other places.... This review was unprompted, no one asked me to leave it, there was no incentive to receive for writing it and to me that makes a big difference. This review comes from the heart, was well earned and fully deserved!! I appreciate you so much Patriot Towing! Hope I won't need you too often but you've gained yourself a new solid customer. I'm very grateful that next time something breaks down, I'm only going to be making one phone call!! Thank you Patriot Towing and thank you Gary for your exceptional service and support today!!!

We've been using these guys for 17 years. They are always Jonnie-on-the-spot for service calls…read more In the summer, when the A/C goes out 3 hours before a huge event is taking place at your home can be REALLY stressful. Appliance Tech found time in their busy schedule to come over and diagnose the problem. Not just pull and replace but they actually found a simple bad capacitor in the A/C motor outside and replaced it. That's what we really like about Appliance Tech; they analyze and repair. Not "pull & replace" like so many others do. Keep up the good work gang!

I had an appointment made through Best Buy for a repair on a gas oven that was emitting carbon…read moremonoxide gas. The appointment was for between 9-1 the next day. No body called or showed up, after I called (twice because of no answer - have to leave a message and wait for a call back) I received a return call saying they didn't realize I lived in Laurel -- it's clear in the address -- they needed to reschedule. Fine, my next appointment was for a week later. The night before my appointment, I got a call at 9:00 PM to let me know that the repairman was sick and I'd need to (again) reschedule. OK, but they couldn't make the appointment any sooner than another week out. In my opinion, two plus weeks is too long to have to wait for a repair person when there is a serious problem. I told this to Pam (lady on the phone) and she said she realized my issue but had to push everyone back a week. The reason that I am giving 2 stars as opposed to 1, is that I am not waiting another week, I am taking my business elsewhere, so I don't know how good the actual repair part of this business is - but based on my experience this time I will never find out either.

I chose this company by the reviews. That is my reason for writing this. First, they are expensive…read more You pay hourly and they are SLOW...taking one tiny piece at a time instead of loading on a dolly or cart. Second, there is so much damage in my home. Several walls are gouged and scraped. They should have repaired that or took better care not to do it in the first place. They took breaks, which I paid for. I ended up paying $2000 for a move from storage to a home here in Billings. The guys that moved me were nice young men who did work hard. That is why I bumped up my rating to a 3 because they were good guys. But I do not fully recommend this company.
