Not one truck showed up, they just straight didn't want to work because it's a Saturday afternoon. Camera footage for the entire day to prove it. UPS now has my forever business. This has been reported to corp as well as my videos submitted about these liars, specifically the driver. Apparently after getting through to some important people this particular driver already has complaints for doing this. Hopefully my video footage will help this company out and keep track of their employees better.

I was passing through on my way to an important meeting when I realized that my usb drive with the…read moreinformation I needed for the meeting was corrupted and I had l left my backup drive back at my office in California, so panicked, I looked for any copy/business store open on Sunday to see if I could get my files sent from California to Billings the same day so I could have the information first thing Monday morning. I quickly realized that Billings was so small, that all of the UPS stores were closed on Sunday and the only store like this open was one FedEx Office and Copy Store in downtown Billings. I went there and pleaded with the one very nice employee there if I could have a file sent electronically to their store. Her name was Winter and even though she was unfamiliar with doing this type of transaction, she instantly started calling her boss to find out how to do what I was asking. Within 30 minutes, Winter had the solution, calling the FedEx Office in California and having them send the file to the store in Billings for me to pick up and transfer to a usb drive so I could use for my meeting on Monday. I can say without a doubt that Winter and the Billings, MT. FedEx Office and Copy Store saved my meeting and I was able to successfully present from the file they transferred from the California store. Thank you Winter for all of your help!!!

I needed to mail a small package. I had the box size recommended by the first clerk before she went on break together with the paperwork, ready to go but didn't have (and didn't want to buy) packing tape for a one-time mailing. I wasn't asking clerk number two to tape the package for me as though I were incompetent, only asking if he had tape so I could do it myself. What's more, the customer in line in front of me borrowed the tape to do the same thing. Then it was a long speech about how they can't tape packages for customers because that's not their job. Really? Well no s**t. Apparently, he didn't listen to what I said and that's where the lazy idiot part comes in. How do two employees working at the same time at the same place have two completely different responses? I switched back to the style of box I originally had as nasty clerk went on break and the first clerk came back from her break. And guess what? She gave me the tape to put an extra layer on the box I had already sealed. WHAT THE ???? There were only two customers -- me and the man who borrowed the tape for his box. We weren't holding up a line of customers. Maybe it's only this location and maybe clerk two is the only nasty clerk. Maybe he needs to be working in the back instead of interacting with customers. Two stars because at least one of the two clerks was customer focused. Thank you. Come on USPS. You can do better. I've seen it and know it's possible.

Great sense of humor so kudos to them for that. The lines move pretty quickly even when there's only one person working. Maybe everyone who comes through the line already knows what they need to ask and what the answer will be so there isn't often a transaction that takes more than 5 minutes -- at least in my experience here. I'm convinced these employees must wake up in the middle of the night repeating the same things they have to say when you're shipping a package: " is there anything liquid, fragile or perishable?" And then the rest of what they say that I can't remember because I'm not waking up in the middle of the night, repeating it. The only thing I don't care for here is the parking lot during peak hours. It's an okay parking lot, but there is so much traffic in and out ( slow driving be damned) there's every chance someone is going to hit you or your car so act accordingly. It's better to park on the street than in the lot.
