Great sense of humor so kudos to them for that. The lines move pretty quickly even when there's only one person working. Maybe everyone who comes through the line already knows what they need to ask and what the answer will be so there isn't often a transaction that takes more than 5 minutes -- at least in my experience here. I'm convinced these employees must wake up in the middle of the night repeating the same things they have to say when you're shipping a package: " is there anything liquid, fragile or perishable?" And then the rest of what they say that I can't remember because I'm not waking up in the middle of the night, repeating it. The only thing I don't care for here is the parking lot during peak hours. It's an okay parking lot, but there is so much traffic in and out ( slow driving be damned) there's every chance someone is going to hit you or your car so act accordingly. It's better to park on the street than in the lot.

Went in person to try to resolve this issue and was told I'd need to come in today. The woman I was talking to said there was a chance that it would arrive by close of business Friday, but that she personally would wait until today to come in. They're closed. Now I'm in a very bad position because of the lack of effort and blatant incompetence of a dishonest representative

    Well, the customer service at this location has improved a thousand percent from my initial visits…read moreover the last two years. With serious trepidation, I entered the store to return a package bracing myself for the sour, abrasive, and attitude-filled customer service. It was busy and several people waited in line and several more were being helped at the counter. I expected the crazy would bring out the unpleasant. Nope. Not in the slightest. The line moved very quickly and there were people with hand scanners helping those of us in line for simple returns or mailings where no money needed to be exchanged. It made it go so quickly and the person helping me was as nice and helpful as they could be. Okay, so maybe I won't be so hesitant to come here next time. It's good when a bad experience can be replaced with a good one. Way to go UPS!

I have always had kind attentive service and 99% of the time I have had accurate and completely acceptable results. I have noticed that I do t see the owner as often so there's a different dynamic than before. The manager is a bit "rough" sometimes and smells of cigarettes, but hey she gets the job done efficiently ‍. They have hired a few new people who are working out the system, but all in all, it's a very good place to do business. They have my info, they have my usual shipping addresses, it's a nice service. SECOND part of my review-I came in to the store yesterday to send a document by UPS to a client. I stated I wanted it sent UPS, I put it in a UPS document folder and when the CSR kept saying "mail" I corrected and clarified that it was being sent via UPS I received an email today that told me my USPS package is on its way. I didn't want it sent USPS! I clarified multiple times that I wanted it sent UPS!! This document needs to be sent to the door, not stuffed in a mailbox... ...It's done now, and can't be fixed, but dang it! I'm frustrated also, that I have been calling all day and can't get through to anyone at the store about it. The recorded message offers to press 1 to get to an employee, that goes to a mail box that is full. I can't leave a message. I tried to go to the company directory, but that just offers that if I "know my party's extension to enter it now"...so absolutely no way to speak to anyone. I understand that it's hard to get employees but dang it...get it together "I'm posting this because I hope SOMEONE at the shop will read it"

    I was passing through on my way to an important meeting when I realized that my usb drive with the…read moreinformation I needed for the meeting was corrupted and I had l left my backup drive back at my office in California, so panicked, I looked for any copy/business store open on Sunday to see if I could get my files sent from California to Billings the same day so I could have the information first thing Monday morning. I quickly realized that Billings was so small, that all of the UPS stores were closed on Sunday and the only store like this open was one FedEx Office and Copy Store in downtown Billings. I went there and pleaded with the one very nice employee there if I could have a file sent electronically to their store. Her name was Winter and even though she was unfamiliar with doing this type of transaction, she instantly started calling her boss to find out how to do what I was asking. Within 30 minutes, Winter had the solution, calling the FedEx Office in California and having them send the file to the store in Billings for me to pick up and transfer to a usb drive so I could use for my meeting on Monday. I can say without a doubt that Winter and the Billings, MT. FedEx Office and Copy Store saved my meeting and I was able to successfully present from the file they transferred from the California store. Thank you Winter for all of your help!!!
