Took 3 calls to get a package picked up, and after is was delivered to my house incorrectly !

What a bunch of lazy a** fedex workers. They said they tried to deliver my package today and they couldn't... irony of that is, we are having a bbq and been outside since 9am today with 30 plus people. Not one truck showed up, they just straight didn't want to work because it's a Saturday afternoon. Camera footage for the entire day to prove it. UPS now has my forever business. This has been reported to corp as well as my videos submitted about these liars, specifically the driver. Apparently after getting through to some important people this particular driver already has complaints for doing this. Shippin by FedEx is that unknown box of 'Chocolate', for sure the service at their drop locations are friendly and very quick to ask the silly questions and take your cash! Have a problem with delivery, and you get to go to the PHILIPPINES and talk to someone who may or may not have total command of the English languare. THANK YOU FEDEX! My package was not delivered as promised and we paid $47.55 for the overnight service. Philippines young lady tells me, ' Oh you shipped FedEx ground and we have 5 days to get it to the location ' I said 'NOOOOOO i have the receipt right here ', we went back and fourth for over 20 minutes. Finally my Philippines young lady, tells me, ' Oh maybe you right, call back in 7 days when and invoice is generated and we make refund then '. I've had a number of items shipped to me through Amazon. almost all items delivered through FedEx have had issues. The last and I do mean last package they attempted to deliver was sent out to deliver 3 times but never made it. when I called FedEx they said it was due to icy road conditions. it's been in the 40s and sunny for over a week so what ice? if you can't drive when there is snow or ice in Montana how would you ever work in Montana? they assured me it would be delivered the next day, then I got an email saying it was damaged and returned to the shipper! what an absolutely horrible company. I'm sure I won't get a response but Billings Fed ex has had my package for week and won't let me pick it up. Nobody at ground will return my calls and the stores can't track packages. They keep saying they can't deliver it to my address but they delivered a bunch of others to the same address for three days in a row. Weird right? This place is a joke they give you all the tracking info but won't help at all. I think the driver might have snatched my package. I hate to think that but he delivered three days in a row and on my specific package stated it was undeliverable? What a joke. I won't use fed ex ever again they are not about customer service whatsoever. The guys at this store tried to help but the call center and the local shipping centers are terrible. read more

This is the entire company not just one store. I wish zero stars was an option. This is not the first time they call and tell me the address is wrong. I confirmed the address was correct gave driving directions and was told it would be delivered the next day. I checked the tracker so I can make sure that I have someone home yo get the package. I find it headed to salt lake city Utah. Yup Renee who works for Fed Ex and the one I confirmed the address with shipped it to Utah. After explaining to another agent that the error was hers not the shipper he told me to file a claim and where to find the link.what he failed to tell me was only the shipper can file a claim. I did notify the Shipper of the issue. As a general rule if someone is shipping with Fed Ex and tells me up front, i ask for other shipping options if there are none I cancele the order. I know from previous experiences that I will not get my package. This time I was not told who the shipper was until it was to late to cancel. I have been told by Fed ex that they can not find my address at least six times when I told them that they never even drove through my complex they tell me to file a complaint, or ask how i would know. I am not the only one in my area who gets treated the same way. Told the address is wrong that their house number is missing. To sum up : 1. They donot drive into the complex and say they do. 2. They claimthe house number being missing. Or the address does not exist. (10 inch tall numbers that are reflective) 3. Company lies to you about what to do. 4.they blamed me and the shipper the their mistake. 6. U.p.s , u.s.ps, Uber, ship it,lyft, food delivery, etc all find our address. Only Fed Ex has this issue. read more

Fedex can't seem to get their professionalism into order when it comes down to delivering packages. 6 times they updated my delivery date. When you call they are no help. They don't care either. Every time the shipper sends anything through fedex, its a total nightmare to get my packages. These guys suck ass! read more

Went in and was just impatiently snapped at. I had only been there once and didn't know the barcode I brought in she couldn't use but was treated rudely as if I should have known. Very uncomfortable with the lack of customer service the whole time and hope I don't have to go back there again. read more

I can not believe their unprofessionalism!! I jumped through every hoop they made me to have them leave the package on my door, INCLUDING on the door tag they left me which I even signed. The company I ordered from made sure that the package was sent out right away, yet the place who's actual job is to deliver the package could not handle that. Then to call customer service....wow, good luck trying to get answers or understand what they are saying. Absolute nightmare of an experience. read more

I visit FedEx at 1148 First Ave N quite regularly, and have never had a bad experience. The folks there always remember me, and say "hello"....it's brief, but remember FedEx is a fast paced shipping center, not a hair salon. Furthermore, our company has found FedEx to be exceptionally dependable. As a friendly reminder....check into negative reviewers: you'll discover that they are regularly disappointed; the common denominator if you will. Some people are impossible to satisfy; KUDOS to any customer service representative that does not tolerate the BS. read more

FedEx is the worst delivery service ever for rural Montana, Don't expect to get your packages in the winter, because apparently the drivers don't know how to drive on snow and ice. UPS gets to my house without any problems all winter long and the shipping is cheaper too. Ridiculous! read more

Took the day off work so I could sign for a package. The courier did not knock, so I didn't know that he came, so he left a door hang instructing to either wait until the package is sent again tomorrow, or to come into the shipping center to pick up my package. I called to see if the courier could bring it by again because I was home the whole time, but he couldn't. I then went to the shipping center at 5:45 to pick it up, but because my brothers name is on the package, they wouldn't release my package to me. Not only did these incompetent people waste my day, I will now have to take tomorrow off to sign for the package which I paid extra to ship fast. If I can help it, I will not be doing business with Fedex anymore. read more
