I receive shipments weekly from all over the country and im taking the time today to let you know that the driver who delivered furniture today to my personal home in Belgrade Montana went out of his way to be condescending and over the top rude and then looked back and laughed. I will no longer do buissness with anyone that must use your company. Further ill be sure to let everyone i do business with know about my experience with your driver. Awful,awful,awful!!!!!!! They have had my pkg since Dec 4th, they were supposed to deliver on Dec 9th, however they rescheduled it for the 22. Then they emailed saying it was changed again for Dec 11. Dec 11th came around and after waiting all day they marked it as customer requested reschedule due to weather. ( I had not made that request, this was a lie) Now they are stating next available is not till Dec 26th! This pkg was a christmas gift for the family: seriously, this is how they do business? Their customer support was not helpful either. All the kept saying was i apologize, but never once offering to help resolve the problem or address the mistakes and lies that took place. read more

They'll refuse to deliver your package. Seriously, they'll flat out tell you they won't deliver if it's to far. They'll just hold onto to the shipment and tell you to cancel. They never reached out once they got the shipment, and after trying the main rxo customer support, which is useless, I was able to finally find their local number by calling a separate shipping company and getting the number from them. It's (406)-206-3395. Not that you'll get any kind of help or that they'll do their job and deliver. They must have a warehouse full of stuff they "can't" deliver. read more

A zero. That's my rating. RXO uses customer service people in a different country. They won't let you talk to the local delivery people in Billings. Can only go through the National number (866) 373-7874. Rescheduled 3 times so far - now 6 weeks after purchase. Ikea couldn't get a local number-RXO hung up on Ikea! After wasting hours I finally got a human in Billings who has moved this delivery again. We are now at 5 weeks since purchase. Stay tuned. I'm pissed and ready to cancel the order. They were the contractor in charge of my delivery and installation of a dishwasher from Sam's club. I would in no way recommend using them. First they use people that don't speak English nor do they know how to install dishwashers. Secondly after complaining and having to order parts to complete my installation they conveniently become hard to contact. No local number and if you call the 800 number you get the run around until you finally get tired of their bullshit and hang up. DO NOT USE RXO, but if you do, make sure they complete the job. I paid for a complete installation not a half assed attempt that cost me extra cause they didn't complete and took my installation parts with them. read more

Absolutely the worst. This isn't the first dealing we have had with RXO. First they delivered (would not install) a wall oven and instead set it on the floor in the middle of the kitchen at Thanksgiving. Now in our current new home in Billings,Mt. they were supposed to deliver and set up a king size bed from Costco on 05/27/25. It is now 06/08/25 and the 4th time they have cancelled Now say how about Thursday the 12th. We cancelled the order and are going to Costco for a refund and will purchase somewhere that will deliver on time. Not a good shipping company for customers outside of Billings. Living in Great Falls, the company that I purchased from used RXO and they only make deliveries outside of Billings 1x a week. I understand, poor choice for the company I ordered from, however, the arrival at the RXO facility shows it was on The 19th of the month, they deliver to GF on the 21st but chose to contact me on the 22nd to arrange the following week. Then tried to lie and say they didn't get it til the 22nd when I have the confirmation email of tracking arriving to them on the 19th. Lies and poor service read more

Horrible service. I had to reschedule due to illness and I received a notification that it would be delivered the next day. That day came and went, I eventually received a notice that the delivery had been rescheduled to the following week, which is today. I did not receive a message yesterday with an estimated time though, so I called to confirm the date of the delivery and was told that the delivery is scheduled for 9/25 even though the tracking showed it had been rescheduled for 10/5. I was told that they would send an email to "release the hold" and that I will be notified shortly regarding the delivery. I heard nothing, so I called customer service again this morning and was told the item will be delivered today, and that "an email will be sent to release the hold." I was told I would be sent a message regarding the time. Later, I received another text that the delivery was rescheduled, so I called customer service and was told the delivery will be next week and that the hold had not been released but that I will receive a message regarding the time. I explained that this had happened multiple times and asked that they get in touch with the Billings office. I was told that "they are not able to call the Billings office directly because my situation does not meet the criteria". However, I was told that I should not worry, an email be sent right away and will resolve this problem. In fact, my delivery will be moved up in priority because it has been rescheduled so many times." Again, no notification, so I reached out to chat and was told that the delay is because I rescheduled the first delivery and the "hold has not been released". Now the delivery is scheduled for 10/5 and apparently I have to be home to sign for it despite the tracking information saying otherwise. Have I mentioned that I am an ER nurse? I can't just leave work to sign for a delivery that keeps getting rescheduled. I explained that they can just leave it by the front door but was told that won't work either. So, apparently the situation is my fault because I rescheduled to avoid sharing my illness with others. Next time they can come to my house when I have COVID, which I was exposed to while at work and trying to care for sick and injured individuals but can't even get this company to deliver a mattress to my front door because nobody seems to give a rip. Worst delivery service I have worked with... Value? Priceless. This company is costing me time, energy, and loss of sleep. I am not a common review writer by any means, but this situation was upsetting enough that I needed to say something, and clearly speaking directly with the facility was no help. We ordered a couch from Costco (couch is awesome). We were notified of the delivery date via email, which changed three times. One change being less than 24 hours before the expected date to less than 12 hours from the notification. Due to this I called the 1-800 number to explain our situation. The couch was being delivered to my father who just had a knee replacement and the plan was to make sure I was at their home to help get the couch in and the old couch out (with the help of the movers). I had to call this 1-800 number three times because every notification they sent us was different than what they told me after we spoke. After finally finding a local number, staff notified me they would be there within 12 hours at 7 -10AM and movers would call 30 min prior to showing up. In addition I was ensured with the "White Glove Service" the movers would gladly haul away the old couches. Movers showed up -No phone call to warn my dad who was at physical therapy when they showed up. -quickly dropped of and put together the couch and left - After calling the facility to explain couches were not removed, I was assured they would come back and take care of them shortly. -no one showed, no one called, and now my parents have a beautiful new couch that can barely be navigated to through a living room of furniture. I have a 95 year old grandmother, a mother with MS, and a father with a knee replacement, with me living 45 min away and extremely cold weather that I will need to travel through, PAY A DIFFERENT COMPANY, all so my parents can walk through their home with out injury and enjoy a new couch. To say I am disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. I tried to communicate as much as possible to keep things on track and this company still epically failed with zero compassion for the situation. read more

Great Service! My delivery was on time as scheduled. The guys called 30 minutes ahead to keep me informed. They set up my Peloton bike, ensured it was level and working before leaving. The guys were professional, friendly and careful moving in and out of my house, and very quick! I would use them again, any time! read more

The delivery service was amazing. The only problem was that they wanted to get my treadmill here before I was ready for it. They were way ahead of me. That's actually a good thing because as we all know, it's usually the other way around. They worked with me to find a date and time that worked. On delivery day they were a little early, but that was perfect. They called way in advance. They did a great job of getting the treadmill where it needed to be without damaging walls or doors They set it up exactly the way it needed to be and told me how to operate it. Then they cleaned up the mess and left. Before they left I had a conversation with the lead worker. It turns out that his uncle used to work with me at a past job. What a small world. I ordered a couch and loveseat from Ashley Furniture through Amazon. My couch arrived no problem because it was not being shipped with XPO. However, my loveseat is still sitting in a warehouse that is literally 20 minutes from my house. The first time they "attempted delivery" I was told that I would receive a phone call half an hour prior to delivery. I had told my boss I would need to run home and she, being an awesome boss, told me no problem. I waited all day. No phone call, and suddenly I receive a text saying that the delivery had been rescheduled because "no one was home." I could have been there in five minutes but no one called me. The next time I missed the delivery was on me. They outline their COVID policy on the phone. Both my husband and I got COVID and were both very sick when they were scheduled to deliver. However, when I tried to reschedule, they gave me a run-a-round, would not give me a specific date, and told me "there were no guarantees that our delivery would occur." Delivery was eventually rescheduled to a Friday when I knew I would be home. I was taking the day off anyway, and was told that they would be delivering the loveseat sometime between noon and 3 p.m. So, I rushed around in the morning to get some errands done so I could be home by noon. I got home at noon and waited. And waited. And waited. 3 p.m. was rolling around, and I had someplace to be at 4. So, at 2:53 p.m., I called them to ask about the delivery. Once again, I get a "customer service" (to use the term loosely) rep who, judging from the background noise, was located in a chicken coop in a distant foreign country. I was told "We are very sorry, but your driver ran out of hours and can not complete the delivery today. We should be able to deliver it to your house tomorrow (a Saturday, which made me skeptical that they were telling the truth), so please keep the line open and they will call me prior to delivery." On Amazon, checking my order, I noticed that their shipping update said "Delivery attempted at 2:47 p.m." Which is a lie, because I was literally sitting on my front porch on the phone with XPO at 2:47 p.m. and no one came to me. They promised that the delivery would be made on Saturday. LIE! I called the chicken coop back on Saturday to find out if they were planning on delivering, and they said that "We do not deliver on Saturday." I asked if it would be possible for us to come and pick up the loveseat, since it was in a warehouse not more than 20 minutes from my house. They said that in order to do that, we would "Need the permission of The Amazon" to do so. So I three-way called Amazon and XPO together. When I explained the situation to the Amazon rep, they literally laughed and said they had no idea what XPO was talking about. XPO also said that the package had not been scanned back into the warehouse, so they were unable to give me a specific time or day when they would attempt to make delivery again. I finally broke it down for them: When the package is scanned back in, I am to receive a phone call. The delivery will be scheduled for a time of MY choosing, at MY convenience. I even offered to call the local folks to attempt to set up something directly with them, but was told they could not "give the information due to terrorist security." ::eyeroll:: This is a scam company. Literally stealing from people. And their customer service is severely, severely lacking. I hope to god enough people complain to Amazon so they lose that contract! I still don't have my loveseat, and I'm pretty pissed off. read more

I had a washer and dryer delivered from Costco. The workers were very pleasant, efficient, and explained the set up. They also took my old washer and dryer away. The only downside was that it had been at their warehouse for a couple weeks. I do understand however, that this is due to having trouble finding employees. read more

Although its been taking longer than normal to get deliveries, this carrier was delivering a large tv from costco and was able to get it within 2 weeks of ordering. Another carrier has been holding my furniture for a month as their schedule is full. Delivery driver was courteous and arrived promptly in the time frame given. read more

If I could rate them with zero stars I would. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They do not respond to phone calls, when they do finally answer, they promise you a call back within 24 hours and never return the call. It is their "go to" lie, because they have said that to me every time I call. I have been waiting on my shipment for two months and it has been rescheduled a total of four times now. THEY DONT EVEN CALL TO TELL YOU THEY ARENT COMING! When they do reschedule, it's never a couple days later; it's another month. Peloton Interactive Inc. you absolutely need to stop doing business with this delivery company they are giving you a bad name and I am very close to canceling my order altogether. UPDATE: They moved my delivery date twice since this review...no one helped so I canceled my peloton order. GREAT JOB XPO! You still can't do the one thing you were hired to do. Ordered a 12x24 (500 pound) above ground pool from Amazon on prime day. We rented a dozer to level the ground and $1000 worth of sand and gravel to prep for this pool. Our delivery was scheduled for Aug 3rd (which gave us about a month to enjoy the pool before summer ends and school starts). I took a week off work to prep for this pool. According to the tracking number this pool arrived in Billings on July 28th. On the evening of Aug 2nd, I get a call from XPO LOGISTICS in some foreign country who wanted to reschedule my delivery for 7-14 days further out. I told them, "no, it's in town, and I've got a trailer, I'll pick it up myself." They told me I'd have to arrange that with Amazon. After several HOURS on the phone, Amazon completed a form for XPO online giving permission for me to pick up the pool from the local XPO "warehouse". Amazon said XPO would get in touch with me to make arrangements for me to pick it up, no one called . I left several messages over a 2 day period and still no one responded. I called the 800 number and the local 406-206-3395 number (no response). So, I got in my vehicle and drove to the 2575 North Frontage Road address, which is the sketchiest cover of a place I've ever seen! It's a field with storage boxes. There's no road, no sign, no office...NOTHING but boxes in a field! I dare you to do a map search for that address! Guess they stole/scammed a free pool from my foster/adopted kids, who are heart broken. Amazon is returning my money, but I can't get a replacement for the same discounted price. I reported this field of boxes "business" to Amazon, praying they lose their contract so this fake delivery business is shut down, not that there's an business to close ‍. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IF THIS IS THE DELIVERY BUSINESS, stick to something reputable like UPS, FEDEX, etc. read more

Terrible experience with XPO. They have had my item for FIVE and a half weeks. First it was lost in SLC for 2 weeks; they claimed a piece was broken and it took getting called out by the furniture company to find the item, verify nothing was actually broken, then get it to Montana, which took a week. Then it finally arrived in Billings, they scheduled a delivery date without confirming with me that I was available (I wasn't), never answered my calls/voicemails, then the general xpo call line called me day of delivery to cancel "on their end." I rescheduled for 2.5 weeks away because that was the first available date (next friday, 2/3/22) but that was randomly canceled and rescheduled to today. I got a confirmation text with delivery window and I had to work, so I got my neighbor to literally sit at home all day and wait to receive the delivery. They never called, never showed up. According to the call center rep, there is a message on the tracking that "delivery was attempted." It was not, why lie? I had full cell service and wifi calling enabled. No one at the warehouse ever answers or calls back. The call center can't do anything but "send the warehouse an email." I am so beyond frustrated with this company, their lies, poor service, and lack of responsibility or responsiveness. Also not sure why yelp is saying I'm in SF, Ca, never lived there-- I'm in Montana, Billings is the regional delivery hub. read more
