We've lucked out and stayed with some friends here and there and did laundry at their house.. but occasionally we have to use a laundromat. This place was clean, the lady at the counter was super nice and there were plenty of washers and dryers in different sizes. There are also tables and chairs to sit at, a change machine and a bathroom. We used a double load washer and it was $3.25 and took 38 minutes. The dryer was $1 and took 24 minutes and in that time all of our clothes were dry. $4.25 in and out in an hour.. best one so far.

Be that as it may, my dress is not a Calvin Klein, nor did they warn me it could be ruined. They just took it. I wrote a letter to the manager, Vince Widener, on November 27, 2018 and have never received an explanation or an apology. Is this any way to run a business? Not only did they ruin my dress, they charged me $25 to ruin it. What kind of reputable business does this? Customer service ZERO. I highly recommend you take your dry cleaning to another business. I will not be returning. I had to rate it with one star to be able to post my back experience.

She belittled me and acted like I was born yesterday and then charged me $20 to just take a look at my machine! On top of the bad service, everything in there is way too expensive.

I would give them zero stars but you have to give one star to post. They don't deserve it. Save…read moreyour money: they don't stand by their repairs. They fixed one problem and caused another. Brought in a Moto Z with a dying battery which they replaced for $45. In the process, they broke the glass and improperly installed a new one. The phone was usable but not fully functional. Because of the improperly installed glass, the phone was slightly thicker and the touch phone features required a gentle pinch (essentially a touch) for the case to fit and the buttons to function. Merely touching the screen caused the improperly installed screen to crack. They insisted that I had somehow broken a touch screen phone by, wait for it...touching the screen...and wanted to charge me another $100 to fix it. I would have been better off buying a new phone. They will never get my business again. Not for the failed repair but for failing to stand by their service and take responsibility.

I can make that fit in my schedule, but as soon as I walked in the door with three brand new suits that I ordered from New York, California and New Orleans....I was told she no longer alters the length of sleeves on jackets or sport coats. I was told she no longer alters the sides of sports coats, like tapering in the waist, etc.. and I was told that the only thing she could really help me with would be the hem length of the pants. Well, the largest disappointment was that she suggested that I go to a hooterite or someone else who has time for those kinds of things. So people, unless you just simply need pants hemmed, don't walk through the door. I don't know it just didn't make any sense that an alteration shop would send the guy outside the door and pass up on probably $200 of work????? I know it's not the only alteration shop in town but I wasted my time walking to the door. I'll find another place and I'll get the suits ready to go for my summer trips, but I absolutely don't recommend using this place. When I visit my mom in Houston Texas, there are hundreds of alteration shops. I guess next time I should have my suit shipped to my mom's place and then just get them altered there in short order.
