When he called to check in on the order, he was told that the lady he talked to no longer worked there and the ring did not get ordered. He ended up not having the ring when he proposed. After getting the run around from every person we talked to (after we were engaged for a month), we finally got the ring. We picked out our wedding rings at a different store in California a couple of months later. When I came back to Billings to get mine sized, the very unprofessional lady helping me said that there was no record of any of the rings that we had bought. We had bought THREE RINGS in the past 3 months and none of them were showing under either of our names or phone numbers. She simply said there's nothing she could do. After showing her the receipt with the warranty on it, she finally took the ring to get sized. Fast forward a couple of weeks later to pick up my ring, I walked into the store. After patiently waiting for 10 minutes to even be acknowledged (the whole time listening to the employee share very personal opinions on controversial topics); while I was waiting another customer walked in. Finally the employee was ready to stop her story and help the other customers. Before even asking what I was in for, she said "do you mind waiting, she was in earlier so I need to help her first." Annoyed, I said okay. When she could tell that frustrated me, she stomped around, slammed my ring around and helped me. I have never had this bad of customer service for something that is supposed to be so special. I can defiantly say that the employees at this store, ruined my ring shopping experience. I wish we had used a different jeweler and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
