Adam and crew from MT Delivery, sub contractors of RXO were excellent! Very kind, careful and respectful of the house and to us. The delivery was tight getting in and around a corner. They did great. The house had a different type of dryer power outlet than the plug that came with it. They had the correct extra part on the truck and easily installed the correct one. Great guys. Worked well together and did a lovely job. Arrived on time, worked quickly, and were off on their way to Casper and then South Dakota for the next deliveries. The delivery team was great they obviously know their job. They were early which I really appreciated. The team had the installation done quickly and professionally. My only problem with the whole process is when I called to set up the delivery. The person I talked to on the phone was professional however they stated they were booked until Oct 6th, 2020, instead the next week I got a text stating the delivery would be Sept 18th. Everything XPO said they were going to do, they did! I knew the day before the time frame they were delivering my patio set. They called me 30 mins before delivery.
