Josh/Beeman Pest Control is as honest, trustworthy, and reliable as they come! I was selling a house, during the home inspection the inspector observed a bird flying out of a small opening where a piece of fascia had slipped. In his report he said the area needed to be inspected for a birds nest, closed up, and have a letter from a professional pest controller state the area was all clear. The real estate agent offered to get me a repair quote. He came back with a detailed report of an infestation, super wet area, extensive work required and quoted me $850. That seemed excessive to me, so I took to Yelp. Out of the mass inquires I sent out, Beeman was the only one to respond back. He quoted me $85, I even asked if that included cleaning it out, vacuuming etc. To my surprise it did! Josh promptly came out the same evening. Climbed up to discover there wasn't an infestation or even a nest!! He cleaned out a couple of twigs and took before and after pictures of the area for me to submit to the new buyers. Knowing I had been quoted 1000% more before, he could have easily said there was a problem and padded his bill. But he was 100% honest! He sent me the inspection letter I was required to get a few hours later, and graciously waited for the title company to pay him upon closing. This type of honest service seems more rare these days.
