If I could leave zero stars I would. No one answers the phone. Delivery drivers return packages to senders because they don't want to do their job. Packages gone missing. Service requests submitted for no reason because issues are never resolved. A waste of a facility. This place is the WORST. read more

5 Stars for a really good experience at a post office (right?! that's kind of unheard of). I am used to post offices being gloomy and filled with annoyed folks in late December, but I had to get some postcards sent and this was the closest one to me since I moved. Right away I was pleasantly surprised. It was decorated for the holidays and they were playing fun holiday music! The line wasn't too long and the clerks were super cheery and friendly. We have all been to the post office in late December, and it can be a frustrating experience with really bad attitudes all around (customers and clerks). This time there was laughing and friendliness the whole time! Plus- plenty of parking. ;) I will definitely be returning to this location from now on! (and you know I filled out the customer service feedback on the receipt to sing the praises of these great folks!) read more

This post office is a bit hard to find. You really have to be looking for it to find it or you really have to be lost and stumble across it to discover this place. It is located close to the Orlando Fashion Square Mall, but it is on a little side street that you probably would never notice unless you are specifically looking for it. It is not open on Saturdays, which is a bit strange. You woukd think that the United States Postal Service woukd have some uniformity with the hours of their locations, but it is what it is. All in all, I will give this location three stars. read more

if you want any assistance from team members at this location, you're not gonna get it. I stood waiting for assistance for over 10 mins, where there was only one other customer- fantastic waste of time, only for the employee to say I need a QR code to mail my item, no help at all. Several people came in after me who did not have to wait as long for assistance and where actually helped. What a trash place. read more

I am super surprised by all of the negative reviews of this location. I have been coming to this location for five years and have always had a positive experience, even during the pandemic when the whole post office was covered in plastic. The employees at this location have always been super helpful and nice! I went in today and was warmly greeted by a guy named Anthony, who may have been new; I had not seen him before at this location. But, he was so helpful and kind that I was reminded that I need to write a positive review for this location. Also, I have never waited very long in line, unless it is around the holidays, then I expect to wait a bit, of course. But, I highly recommend this location! read more

Tucked away behind the mall, this locations discrete presence makes it less busy than most. This is good and bad. Good for line waits, bad for amenities larger locations offer. There is not an automated machine or drop box here, so if you come after hours it better be to drop a letter that fits the slot or check a post box. Staff is hit or miss. I've gotten nice people and kinda whatever people. No one has been rude, so that's a plus! Overall: B- Needs upgrading and automation for after hours, but when open it's quick. read more

This location is right next to the Fashion Square Mall. I have been various times and I used to love it cause it had an auto mailer in the lobby but it has recently been removed. I still stop in here though cause they are pretty quick and always friendly even if there is a line. They do Passport Acceptance and Passport Photos and they do have a photocopier in lobby. read more

I used to go to the post office on Mills/Colonial, but now I only come here for all my post office needs. Why are these people so rude!! This is the second time I've been here and it was like these people hate their lives and are passing their negativity into the customer. Last time the man at the counter was rude about me using the tape because it's only for priority packages. So if I buy a box now I have to go out into the world to get tape?? The post office situation in this part of town is not the best. There are a few locations and the facilities are all super dated and they are in the weirdest, off-the-beaten-path areas. This one is on a little side road behind the Fashion Square Mall -- you'd never find it if you weren't looking for it (there are a number of directional signs in the area because again, it is in the weirdest spot). This location seems like the best of the bunch, though the fact that it isn't open at all on Saturdays is a super bummer. They also frequently have electrical/computer problems that prevents them from processing credit card purchases. (Are you getting a sense of what the other locations are like if this is the good one?) I do like that the staff here is unfailingly friendly, polite, and efficient. During the holiday season I was standing in a long line and one of the clerks behind the counter spotted my package from a distance and saw that my prepaid label was for UPS, not USPS, and gave me a shout so I didn't end up wasting any more time. That's gold star service! They have a good stock of the free mailing supplies out in the lobby, and a surprisingly robust retail section (gift cards, greeting cards, other randomness). There's no automated postage/package machine and that is unfortunate, but USPS is weirdly stingy about those. There is a drive up outgoing mailbox so can literally do a drive-by if your letters and cards are already stamped. Orlando deserves better post office options but at least with this one you can expect to get friendly service and you can pass the time contemplating why 60s-era government building design was so drab and dull. read more

I go to this post office for the location of it and the quick service. Everyone that works here is pretty nice and helpful. They don't try to screw you over and suggest different ways on shipping items if you originally was planning on using a different shipping method. The line goes by pretty quick, and it's definitely lightning speed comparing it to the post office out in Waterford. The post office itself is pretty old but it doesn't take away from the service. read more

This is your typical US Post Office. I was in the area and I needed to mail a package. There were two clerks on duty. I was in and out. The postal clerk was very friendly, and efficient. He obviously was very experienced and knew what he was doing. He recognized that my package had no charge return label on it. He scanned it, gave me my receipt, and sent me on my way. This is a simple post office. It's right next to the Cady Way Trail head, behind the Fashion Square Mall, so was easy for me to bike to. They have a bunch of PO Boxes to the left side, and to the right is where the employees are, so you can ship packages and buy stamps, boxes or other stationary. It's been awhile since I've been to the post office and I thought I remembered other locations having a computer to weigh your package and print out your stamp. This one doesn't have one if you're expecting it. I just had to have the To and From address on my shoebox sized package, and the teller weighed it for me and I was able to pay with a credit card. The teller was very friendly. She offered me some add-ons, like insurance, but I just went with the most economical shipping price, which came with tracking including. My one pound shoebox sized package cost about $5.50 to ship to Virginia. When I first got there, there was only one person ahead of me. As I left, the line grew to about 8 people, and they brought another teller from the back to help. The line went through relatively quickly The clientele were a mixed bunch...like you might see at Walmart. One lady, with a walker, was very happy that I held the door for her. There was an older customer, I think with his son, was asking the teller all sorts of questions and reminiscing about stamps he purchased in the past. I saw his son sigh and smile. Parking outside is plentiful. There was no bike rack, so I had to chain up to a parking sign. Now that I'm used to this location, I feel more comfortable sending some other packages I need to. read more

The gist: I like it. If you catch them at the correct time, you can be in and out in a matter of minutes. What is the correct time, you ask? Well, that's the thing...it's almost as if it changes with the wind. I have always found the postal workers here to be fun and jovial...yep...I did say fun. They do their best to move things along as fast as possible. I love this post office and this is where I go to send out massive amount of apparel orders for my podcast "A Mediocre Time with Tom and Dan." (Free plug.) It has been my experience that they are friendly and always helpful. Most of the time, I'll be shipping 20-50 boxes and tyvex envelopes and they will always stop to get me a mail car that I can take out to my car in order to accomplish this. There have been times when I've needed to just shop a price for sending something like a new hoodie or a hat and they will take the time to make sure that I know the correct size box, how much the average postage is going to be, and even where to get the boxes needed the cheapest. They have truly gone above and beyond for me and as a small business, that means more than I can even say. Be advised that one of our favorite mail ladies has recently retired and much like most businesses across the country, I was told that they are not going to re-fill her position. That leaves the counter staff at 3, down from the normal 4 that they would run on heavy days and days that were closer to holidays. It's a small post office but if you're looking for people that in my opinion not only do a good job but do it with smiles on their faces...this is the post office to go to. read more

Been living in this area for years and while the experience in the branch is usually decent the delivery is not good. Having issues with packages being left on my front door for everyone to see with no attempt to obscure it from vision. Why not use the parcel box?? Getting anyone on the phone at this branch is next to impossible. Opened a complaint on USPS website and was given a number to call that doesn't even work. read more

This place is usually not crowded, which is a big plus for a post office. It is a bit hard to see from the street. The first time I came over here I drove by it twice before I saw the entrance. Maybe I didn't drink enough coffee that morning. read more

Every time I have been in there they have one person working the counter and a line of people waiting. It also never fails but you have people taking up the clerks time because they don't know what their doing. If you expect to keep business, you should have more than one clerk at the counter. If not you will eventually go out of business. read more

2015 Christmas Season, Buyer beware when sending xmas cards this year. I had six relatives and friends to send final cards to last year. I had put a small wrapped candy cane in each card. The attendant muttered hmm these will have to be hand delivered. I paid and left. Now each was mailed up and down the East Coast north to south. No one received their card. I was pissed. What's your recourse when the lack of this industry's customer service is seriously without a sense of urgency let alone customer satisfaction on a holiday. Very dissatisfied and will not mail any cards from this location any longer. read more
