This unique post office is in the heart of downtown Celebration near the corner deli shop. It's a…read moresmall location and it does have shorter hours compared to a bigger location. (Ex. Closes at 4:30 weeknights whereas a bigger location may close around 6-7 PM.) There are a few spots that are good for 10 minutes if you are making a short visit to the post office for a drop-off/pick-up/etc. Otherwise, there are flat surface lots and street parking. I would highly recommend avoiding the post office during peak meal periods as you could find yourself struggling to find a close spot to park. I came to retrieve a package that required a signature and the guy working at the front was friendly and located my package right away. I was in and out of there in 5-7 minutes. It seemed like the rapport between the workers and customers were good, which was nice compared to some of my less than pleasant cases at my old post office in Orange County, CA.

The staff we witnessed, seemed to range from pleasant and helpful, to removed and indifferent. Once we engaged with our staff person (who seemed somewhat removed, from a distance), she became much more open and friendly, when we approached her with those same attitudes. If one interacts daily with hundreds of people, many of whom are frustrated and tired of waiting; it's understandable one may stay removed, until knowing what's confronting them.

Month later i get a notice ''payment due''. I drove 100 miles round trip with the email. I showed it to the lady at far left counter. I showed her the letter and the ''payment to my credit card''. She did her ''research" and assured me it was in error. ''All was good''. I thanked her and left. This past week i get another message about the PO Box. I was going to be in St. Cloud today so i went by and tried the PO Box. LOCKED. Went to customer service window and talked to the very same lady. See looked it up and told me i had gotten a message about the box and that it was now closed and payment refunded. THATS NOT WHAT SHE SAID LAST TIME THERE. I have given up on this. There is a UPS store that rents PO Boxes. I'm going there. More convenient anyway. 1. Sent an incorrect notice demanding payment when i showed her the transaction on my credit card account. ''All was good" she said 2. Get another message payment due 3. Find out they closed the account and refunded it 4 days after i was there and was told "All was good" Thankfull for emails.

The rude two employees wouldn't even answer a question. The girl was using her arm flailing as saying go away. The man employee laughed!! She would talk over me when I tried to ask if the mail will be postmarked today. That's why I drove across town! I was there at 8:15 and they were closed with sign on door saying 8:00 but I looked online for hours and it said 9:00. The lady was very rude and could not answer one question. I hope US Post Office Managers talk to those employees.
