This is one of the locations I frequent. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do have a lockbox at this location as well and renting a lockbox is very convenient here at this location. Although they're not many post office locations in my area, this one is pretty clean and hardly have a long wait time. read more

This post office is honestly one of the better post offices that I am have ever gone to! The amount of parking out front is insane and even when it's busy it doesn't take long to ever find a parking spot because of the ample amount here. Upon walking in, you can either go right to another little area of the office where you can ship, buy, and the send the item that you need to and get the help you need by the post office employees here. The workers here are always friendly and willing to help take the time to assist you with any problems or concerns that may arise while you are here. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in line here, which is saying something because post offices and you are usually waiting for hours it seems like hours! This post office also has a plethora of PO Boxes that range from Little to where only letters will fit in, to gigantic, where you can ship basically any boxes and they will fit in. I'm unsure of the price per month but it does vary depending how big of a box you are looking at. read more

One of the best post offices I've been to. I've really never had a problem here and the staff is among the kindest and hardworking I've seen. Appreciate them because even if the line gets long, they are calm and take their time with everyone's needs. I've noticed they even set up boxes for customers and have them ready for use, which I've never seen a post office do. The company definitely should be hiring more people to work here since this one gets very busy. I think the location needs some work, and should be cleaned and sanitized better. The trashcan outside of the door is always overflowing and the floor or shelves do have lots of trash from people who don't know how to clean up for themselves. Another thing is like to mention is that I've never had a package lost from here. I have visited countless USPS' as a reseller who don't take scanning seriously and when my packages get lost, I don't get paid. Some around Kissimmee have done this but even when I scan my packages at the Self Service, this post office ALWAYS scans it inside and when it's ready to leave the distribution. I wanted to give 5 but I'll explain. Line was so long it wrapped around the lobby. I've been coming here since I moved here in 1996 as my preferred usps location and I pass two other closer ones on the way. I brought in my package that was going out priority. I grabbed a large box and placed it on the counter in main lobby. Before hopping in line, I wanted to tape up the box and pack it. I asked Erick who was available at the moment and was signing on if I can use the tape they usually give customers only shipping priority (priority printed tape). His immediate response was I gave it to someone earlier this morning and instead of handing me another roll of tape or asked the other person next to him if he had one, Erick told me to pack it and hold the box closed until I reach a representative. At this point I'm assuming he wants to tape it for me. After 5-10 mins in line I met Tom, who was next to him and he handed me a roll of tape and and a slip and asked me to step over and write it down and let him know when I was ready. I commented to Tom that he could've saved me the time and I would've had it ready by the time I got to him and had to pack my own box, label and tape it up. Tom was excellent and most of the staff here are friendly but Erick does need to tighten up and get additional coaching/training. Everyone is a human being and time is something that is most expensive because you can't get it back and Erick made me waste time because you don't like your job or people. Terrible post office they keep the phone off to not answer calls we haven't received a single piece of mail in a month and a half and the supervisor named Sarah is very rude when you point that out and walks away because she doesn't want to deal with it. Something fraudulent is happening here I am missing checks, credit cards, and other important mail and the local post office has no concern at all. read more

I NEVER leave reviews, but i am so frustrated with this Post Office and their customer service. i have been trying to contact the Manager Mia for the last 8 months. In the last two weeks, i have called several times and left her several messages (when i actually got a live person and not just a dial tone after a min and 7 seconds). They do not care about their customers or their community. ive had packages stolen right off their truck, showed delivered to their post office but "disappeared" before arriving at my residence. they also keep removing all of my mail from my mailbox and leaving a yellow vacant flyer in there as if i havent lived in my home for the last three years. i dont know what management changed in the last year and a half but its been HORRIBLE *** USPS DO BETTER **** read more

If I could give negative stars I'd do that. The postal carrier in charge of East Lake Preserve is incompetent. He is always putting the wrong packages in the wrong lockers and giving the keys out to the incorrect person. There is not a day that goes by where my neighbors have to drive the packages to other peoples house. Like damn, we don't work for the postal service. Why in the hell are we needing to drive packages around to other peoples houses. That's for the honest people. I'm sure the dishonest ones are just keeping the packages. Who has time time to be calling the post office and the stores to make claims for stuff that you have already paid for. Some of us do work!!! read more

F+ for horrible customer service. I had packages for usps to drop off and one of the post men stated I couldn't drop my packages there, I asked why, he said because I said so. I was shock by his response! Only two reasons for this, one he's lazy or two he's racist. (I'm black he was an older white man). Instead of causing a scene I grabbed my packages and left. So embarrassed since he went out of his way passed everyone in line to point me out. No one else had this issue and we all had the same packages for usps. read more

Probably the best USPS in the Kissimmee Area. Gets packed, but the service is fast and this location closes at 6:30pm, which is convenient for those of us who work until 5pm. read more

Worst post office in Orlando Kissimmee area. The workers have the worst customer service. They are miserable there.

Bin to put packages in was jammed. There was no one around to help. Had to cram packages in the outgoing mail. None of the packages were scanned for postal acceptance on Tracking. What a disappointment. Never again at this Post Office. read more

This is a full service post office. There are usually quite a few people in line, but there are three or four windows open most of the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The have all the mailing and shipping supplies you could ever want. There is also two self service shipping machines in the lobby, if you don't care to wait in line. There is a fed ex drop box in front of the building. read more

Very slow Unfortunately, this location is the closest to my house, so I have to come here all the time. It's a big place with 6 desks, but most of them are always empty, even in the Christmas season that everybody knows is the busiest. 79/100 in 2016 challenge I can't think of going to other post office. Although I did and I will regret it forever. I went to the post office on Oak St. this day because I just happened to be closer to that location. I walked in and turned around and walked right out (I guess I should say rolled since I am still using my scooter) LOL . The lines were out the door and their debit/credit card machines were down. The also close @ 5pm. I got back into my car and drove to this location on Michigan Ave. The parking lot was empty. This location is huge the kiosk always are filled with all the forms and envelopes you need for your mailings. The lines tend to move fast here so no worries about rushing up to stand in line. All the employees are very polite and seem to know their stuff. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me. The best part is that they are open until 6:30at night. YES 6:30 Mon-Fri. I was mailing my taxes and paid for the priority 2 to 3 day service and found out they actually arrived by 9am the next morning and I didn't even drop them off until after 5pm. Amazing. Definitely the one to use if you are in the area. read more

If you are in the Kissimmee area, this is the post office you should use. They are conveniently open until 6:30 p.m. M-F. I was there at 5:00 p.m. yesterday and the line moved so quickly that I didn't have time to address my package and ended up letting several people go ahead of me. The clerks are friendly and efficient and always make me feel like they really want to assist me. I have to drive a little further, but it beats being stuffed into the small, packed room at the Oak St. location. read more

Constant ADA Violations! Failure to deliver mail "2 weeks in a Row" THIS TIME! Last time was over a month! This was reported to the Inspector General and the Postmaster General; who directly conference called the local postmaster! The local postmaster promised my mail would be delivered; and on time! "USPS Innovation" is a waste! I pay for shipping and they deliver when they feel like it; just like my regular mail! Tracking of a package from February "showed package with meds was at the post office"! Over a month later the carrier "informed this person with disabilities", "you'll have to go ask at the post office", "knowing my mail is delivered to box at front door"! I informed the insurance company! Now a package ""I paid delivery for, is ""in transit 3 days from local post office"! Received there 3 days ago for delivery ""BY YESTERDAY"! The USPS complains about budget shortfalls; yet gives either "no service", or "poor service"! People avoid the post office due to their poor customer service! read more

Singe I'm from Germany it was my first visit to an US Post Office and despite a long line and only two people working there it was a nice experience. Free shipping boxes and they even gave me some tape for my packet for free. Waiting Time wasn't too bad either. read more
