I usually dread going to the post office but this trip was wonderful. I was on a short time crunch to send off a gift, return something and buy some stamps. I waited in no line basically. There were plenty of postal workers on duty. All with welcoming smiles. Noel was my attendant and he was awesome. He helped me choose the best shipping for an important birthday gift being delivered. He was so friendly and precise with everything. He even helped me pick out fun stamps. Overall awesome service!! read more

So glad to find out this place exists. I was beginning to wonder if there were more post offices in the Hunter's Creek area. The lines are long here, and it seems there are not enough people to handle the crowd. The automated machine does help, but you have to use a card and pay more than a dollar to use it. I do like the variety of available packaging here. It is nice to just walk in without having anything packed knowing I can grab a bubble wrap pack or even the complimentary priority mail boxes. I'm not sure if there is ever a post office that is not crowded. I wish this area had more mini mail offices, like at Publix or CVS. Do not see too many of those here in central Florida, but would be nice. Let a girl dream. . . read more

Moved into my apartment about a week and a half ago, 2 weeks ago. I checked the mail about 2-3 times during that time to see if my mail was coming through with the change of address. I had a package coming in that said out for delivery. It never came. I checked for updates and it said returned to sender due to the address being vacant. I live there! I figure maybe it was an issue because I just moved there. I went to the post office the next day to see if maybe they had the package still. The lady at the front told me there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault for not constantly checking my mail. That I needed to check my mail box at least once a week otherwise they would assume nobody lives there. I told her I've lived there for 2 weeks and I've checked the mailbox about 3 times. She said there was nothing they could do. She didn't even bother to check the back or anything to see if my package was there still. My package came from overseas. It's going to be a big pain if it gets sent back and then have to resend it. Going back tomorrow and trying again... read more

Ah, the post office. That blue-clad army of angels, mail-touchers, smiling as they hand you the cat-themed scarf you ordered. Who reviews a post office?I do! Here is what you need to know: 1. The lines are long most of the time. Sickeningly so. Try the early morning to avoid that, but for the most part, good luck. 2. The guy who stands in the lobby "helping" people at the automated machine or going down the mile-long line directing them elsewhere is well-placed, but a total jerk. (See the 1997 Seinfeld episode "The Betrayal" for more information on this). Expect a sneer if you're looking for tracking on an envelope, and good god... I can't even imagine sending an irregularly-shaped package. read more

Friendly service but.... It's worth waiting in the long line to mail out your package..... Yes packages have a tracking code, but if you just drop it off in the mail chute, it doesn't have to get scanned, in other words my package was stolen. Someone working there is a thief, really sad, I'm glad what I lost was under $20, but it pains me not to trust my post office. read more

The service here is definitely not what I expected. I've been here twice and have not had a very good experience. Both times the customer service has been mediocre as well as waiting long lines just to experience a bad service. If you can go to another post office branch I highly recommend it. This review is for their passport service. I called to make an appointment and it was a 60 day waiting period to get in. Then 3 days before my appointment someone who speaks English as a third language left me a voicemail that I think said my appointment was cancelled. They left no name, no phone number, no rescheduled date - no anything! I tried to call this location back and the main number for passports but either there was no answer or they put me on hold and no one ever picked up. This is so stupid!! I showed up at my original appointment time just in case but sure enough no one was there. I ended up going to the Clerk of Courts - no appointment needed and waited only 15 minutes and done! Do not waste your time trying to get a passport with the post office. Now I have to worry about Wilford Brimley after my negative review... read more

The mail carriers who work for this post office steal my packages from Amazon a CONSTANTLY. This has happened multiple times in almost a year of me living here. They mark them as delivered and then when I go to check mail they are not there. Sometimes the next day they show up, I'm guessing if it's nothing she likes.. And then other times they never show up. I've had to make cases like 4 times, each time nothing happens or gets fixed. After she gets "investigated" I'm guessing they just let her go back to work.. Because after I complained she started writing sarcastic comments like "delivered at 4:18pm!!!!!!" In huge letters all over my packages. I've tried calling this post office multiple times and it's either a busy tone or it just rings and rings with no answer. There is obviously some kind of operation or sick game going on with this post office. I've read a crazy amount of Google reviews from people with the same issue as me. This isn't a game or some restaurant who got my order wrong, this is my mail and important packages I purchased and have paid for. This is the United States government run post office, I shouldn't have to worry where my things are over and over and over again. read more

This is the worst Post Office, There is one girl that has been there a long time who is helpful. The guy in the lobby is rude. They never answer the phone if you call. They told me they did not have time. Well why have a phone!!!!! I had a problem with a broken box-their box and there was no one to report it to that would answer the phone. I called all nos. listed too. I handed a small package to the postman one day to mail with the correct postage. Recipient never got it, I asked him about it several weeks later, His response: They always lose mail! Couldn't believe it. No wonder UPS is so much more reliable.
