It was an enjoyable drive (and located nearby Yellow Dog Eats if you want lunch while running errands). The building looked like the kind of USPS you'd find in a small town Hallmark movie. There was plenty of parking. It was pretty standard on the inside. There are packaging supplies available along with cards and gift cards. The employee and his manager were both really nice people. I can't remember the employee's name, but he is bilingual. He was patient with my questions and I appreciated that he didn't toss my package into the pile (like I have seen in other mail carriers locations). I was also pleasantly surprised to see it wasn't as costly as I thought to ship my package! I'm glad that this is now my closest USPS and can count on an enjoyable experience for my future visits.

Nowadays, things are getting complicated when it comes to purchasing a service, and the most…read morefrustrating part is that this is a federal-owned business. On Tuesday the 23rd, I paid for a package express next day delivery. Well, well, well, the package never got there, and also in this package is a $300.00 money order for my mother. There is no way in hell you can cancel a USPS money order via the website or the main office. Not to mention, I paid $65.10 for that package to be delivered the next day, and today, 09/26, the package is still marked as being in Orlando. When I went to the post office to get my money back, the incompetent employees didn't want to give me a refund and even lied, saying that the package is at the destination when, in fact, my mother went to the post office and was told that the package is still in Orlando. It's funny how they lie to me, and even worse, they don't want to give me my money back. I am so glad I used my card and that I disputed the charges, but what frustrates me the most is that this is a government facility. Beware of these incompetent employees and scammers. You better use a better source of mailing because the USPS is going downhill.

I am have a really just bad day personally. The guy who saw me who is a black man maybe in his 30s (if I knew his name I would share it because this was really kind of him) He asked how my day was and I had just sort of had it by then and I was like "you know it's been really awful honestly lol" just kind of needing to say it someone. And he could not have been nicer or more human. It was not uncomfortable or weird. J He was just genuinely like I mean I get it and I hope it gets better. Then I pulled out my package to find out I hadn't fully packaged it, which added to my not so great day. And he just took it from me and said d"don't worry about it. I'll take care of this for you one less thing for you to deal with today" and that little interaction on the day I was having really did mean the world to me. I will be learning his name in future and the gesture will not be forgotten.
