I typically stop here if I need to mail a package because it's on my way to Costco. The location is not convenient for me due to the options of either a traffic light or a U-turn on Montgomery. However, the service has been top-notch with every employee making every effort to assist with my shipping needs. As I wait in the long line, I notice each employee engaging the customer without distraction, and typically with a friendly smile and tone of voice. Julie assisted my wife and me the last time, and her interaction with us was very pleasant, as if we were her first customer and not the "umpteenth" one. Plenty of parking is available. The PO Boxes are right as one walks in the door. Overall, the indoor areas are spacious, but the main area for customer is out-of-date, sterile, and dingy like the mold exterior of the building.

In my haste to make the returns before it got too late in the day, I failed to print the return shipping labels I needed, neither of the labels were the qr code kind in which the UPS Store can print them for you. As I was trying to figure out where I could print without going all the way back home, the gentleman let me know I could forward the labels to their designated email address, and he could print them for me. The fee was $2.50 for the initial service + $0.50 per printed page. In my situation, it was like "a ram in the bush". After expressing the utmost thanks, I was able to have each return shipping label printed. The customer service is normally good here, and today is was definitely giving great. The store was clean, organized, and cool [had a/c]. This is my preferred location, and today I was reminded why (one more time).

The parking lot is huge with lots of space to park. I walked in to mail some letters. The actual counter and postal workers do not open until 9:00. I was early so I did walk inside and use the mail slot inside to mail off my letters.

I ring the bell then wait 5 more minutes for postal worker to approach me at counter with no urgency at all. Needing to transfer address to postal label I ask for a pen. He walks to other end of counter slams a pen down then proceeds to tell me I can come down there and fill it out rather than just walk the pen to me. Sure, he minimally did his job, but customer service friendliness definitely not there. There's a post office about a mile away from this location that I'll take my business to next time.
