My experience at this post office was a little bit different than everybody else's. I had just a couple of minutes wait in line. The clerk that assisted me was very friendly, and he was all about customer service. He was very polite, and thanked me for having my my package properly prepared. This is one of the post office is in my area, will use this location from time to time. read more

United States Post Office - Typical Post Office lobby. 5/19/17 - Post Offices Near Me - Orlando, Florida

This post office location sucks. Something is always broken at self service. There's always a gigantic line and literally every single person that works there is not nice. Don't recommend just go to the Semoran one. read more

I stopped by on Sunday, 12-17-23, after buying a few things at Goodwill. Had hoped I'd be able to mail the items purchased. There were plenty of priority mail boxes; unfortunately, there was no machine that would let me pay for postage. An employee, a guy, just happened to be walking out while I was debating on what to do. I asked him about a postage machine or if he knew of a post office nearby where postage could be bought. He said he hadn't seen one of those machines in a long time & he didn't know where I could find one. I was flying home without a lot of extra space. Please get a postage machine. read more

I am new to Florida and was using this location to send a next day. The girl behind the counter wore a tattered face mask and was so indignant to the elderly folks that were before me, I hestitated to work with her. When I approached she spoke as if her mouth was full making it impossible to hear much less understand. When I asked the difference in cost between overnight and priority she tossed an address sticker on the counter for me to fill out. I then repeated the question she turned her back to me saying nothing and pointed to the ceiling. Does everyone just look up at the ceiling for information? I then told her I'll take the overnight. She gave me an envelope and pointed to the area to fill out. What a rude obnoxious person the American tax payers are funding her life. I needed to walk away, so I did her the favor and tossed it back at her and I went to the lobby to fill out the envelope. Luckily when I came back I had a young man who was very nice, very helpful. However, she kept telling every customer who would listen how "some people" are disrespectful. Each customer until I walked out had to listen to her mouth. I walked out with a man and he said "She needs a lesson in humanity". I feel bad that anyone has to work with that thing but thanked the young man for his help. It is no wonder this location has a overall very low rating. Florida has a fire-at-will clause, DO IT. read more

Everytime I go to this branch I can't tell you the stress that builds up. The workers here are so slow. I was here today and it took me from the door where cashiers are to the window 30 minutes. Today at 2:30 there was a switch it took that cashier 15 minutes to put drawer to start working. I understand this post office branch is in a predominantly minority area but there's no reason why these cashiers have to work so slow like they know you have to ship stuff out but you can wait type of attitude. Haveing a camera there I'm suprise supervisor dosent tell these people to hurry up and get to work. No wonder you guys are always broke because the cashiers can work little faster and get stuff done. like we don't have anything better to do with our time than watch these turtles work. Shame on you guys but this happens more often than not. read more

This post office can often be jammed with long lines and customer service can be inconsistent. I have been in and out and served with a smile and I have stood in line and/or been served indifferently. read more

Terrible. Long lines, SLOWWWWW SLOWWWW workers. Came with my pre paid label and package and I said I just need this taped on to the package (other locations would do it for me or provide it) she goes no you have to tape this or you can buy a roll I said you guys usually provide it. She said I'd have to buy a whole roll of tape for $3.99. What a scam. Absolutely not. read more

Fast, patient, and accommodating. I didn't personally have any issues with my shipment but the person in front of me did and the lady was very patient and helpful with him. read more

This post office is hit-or-miss. Don't expect to be in and out quickly. It can happen, but you can just as easily spend 10 or more minutes in line. the customer service area is small, and gets crowded very easily. If you have pre-paid packages, they will sometimes let you come up front and not have to wait in line. It's not the best post office, but i'm not sure if it's the worst either. It's close to home, so that's the only reason we come here. read more

The staff is not friendly at all. I recently dropped off a package that already had the pre paid label and my customer never received the product. They never scanned the package and now I wasn't able to make a sale or have my inventory back. This is the 2nd time I have diles a complaint with the usps and nit resolved yet. read more

My package had the incorrect address listed- I made an attempt to update it online, a representative by the name of Michael Gonzalez from the Ventura Post Office location: 7360 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando, FL 32822 went above and beyond to locate my package, modify the address and make sure that it got to me and did not return to sender. Michael called me several times and updated me throughout the process; he even called another PO location to locate my package. I am truly taken back by the phenomenal customer service i received from Mr. Gonzalez. read more

I've never seen such an incompetent team from staff to management. If you're leading a branch, do your best to help resolve issues instead of arguing with someone who's peacefully trying to get answers. Take responsibility and be of help; otherwise you don't fit the role. read more

Michael is an angel - he found a package that I've been looking for and is forwarding it to my house. He has amazing follow through and called back exactly when he said would - awesome customers service ***** read more

The staff are not friendly at all. But it doesn't really matters, because I am not here for the service . I am here to get the passport application form , but they don't have it. What a waste of time. read more

Went here one time. Inside, this post office looks like an old gas station bathroom in the middle of nowhere. There is always a line. I know there's always a line because there was a huge line when I came in, and I heard a person behind me (apparently a regular) tell someone else that this was actually a short line and it's usually much, much worse. There were three people behind me that were not wearing masks and talking about as if COVID-19 is not real. The staff did not care that so many people are not wearing masks. Speaking of the staff, they are INCREDIBLY slow and there's only two people working despite the very long line. Insanely depressing atmosphere and extremely stressful experience. Will avoid this post office at all costs. read more

Terribly incompetent people. And when you are simply asking questions, they start to get an attitude. Only 1 competent person works at this establishment. Be prepared to wait in an extremely long line while they chat with their regulars. And then when they make you go get a box or change a label, you'll come back 15 seconds later from grabbing that box, you have to wait in the long line all over again. You have to be really lucky to have a kind person in the line recognize this and they might let you go in front of them. Otherwise, it's a hectic post office. read more

no one picks up the phone. I call at least 8 times after 9:30 am on june 2, 2020 and it seems like they would pick up the phone and hang up immediately. read more

My quote of the week "You don't need a customs form. You are mailing a package from Florida to New York - that doesn't go through customs." So, my point is, the customers here really screw things up. Before that fun little geography lesson the same employee spent abut 10 minutes explaining how package tracking worked. The employees are pretty friendly, even considering the holiday crowds. The cashier who helped us, Joe, was very helpful in explaining the shipping options, while still being very fast and efficient. The manager, Tom, was guarding the door from the lobby area into the shipping area to keep the line in order. He was very nice, but firm with people. I'm guessing if he hadn't been on guard there would be major issues with people skipping in line. The main drawback is this post office doesn't have any of the self-service features of the larger post offices. They could really use it, but maybe they just don't have the space. Anyway, it's just fine. The lines are crazy long around the holidays, but that's to be expected. Mid-morning seems like the best time to go. read more

This post office is often jam-packed, so give yourself some extra time just in case the line is out the door. The retail lobby is very small so it can be difficult to maneuver in and out. It's hard not to block the entry and exit doors when you're standing in line. The outer lobby is massive in comparison. There used to be some really mean older ladies working here but I haven't seen them lately, thank God. They were always looking to find anything wrong with your package and seemed to enjoy finding problems instead of solutions. Without their negativity, the whole vibe has changed. Chanel and Joe are always so nice!! They are true assets to the company. I still avoid this location whenever possible because of the difficulty finding parking and the long lines. But, it'll do in a pinch! read more

What an amazing post office to visit. I often come to this post office for sending off packages, and minor mail inquiries, and I must say the workers are super pleasant, they give you options as far as different ways to send off your mail, and the cheapest way to do so. The gentlemen who work here are very knowledgeable and go over and beyond to assist those who come to this location. read more

This is the post office is packed every time I go in. They have 3 windows. All of the employees seem to be pretty efficient but you still have to wait a while because of how busy it is. Today, there was a 4th employee in the small area helping out. He helped me get some priority mail tape so my package would be good to go when I got up to the front of the line. It was much appreciated. My rating is based only on how long you end up having to wait. Otherwise, I have no issues with this location. read more

This post office sucks bad. Management isn't considerate to its customers and when postal employees ring the bell because there's a long line, it's ignored. Employees just cluck cluck ckuck like chickens in a hen house. No wonder they are suffering trying to stay afloat. I believe it should be privatize. This way they will actually work. They don't deserve the star I gave them. Should be a zero. When Joe S. Arrived from outside, the line disappeared, wow. Make Joe the manager. Easy fix. read more

The worst! The line takes forever and it's because one of the clerks TALKS and TALKS with no regard for the time or the customer. Very nice guy, but he sends 1 package while the other worker sends 4. The line is always out the door. Unbelievable but apparently lots of people have commented on him lol so it isn't only me that has been annoyed about it!!! read more
