It amazes me when you are waiting online and somebody leaves and you walk up to the counter and the person behind The counter does absolutely nothing to acknowledge that you're standing there This is exactly what happened at the first window A younger woman behind the counter might've even thought it was funny that she ignored me and just walked away from me while other people behind me were assisted first I will say the tall gentleman Behind the counter next to her was truly kind and considerate and attentive - To him, I get five stars But the woman behind the first window is the bad apple that ruins it for everyone She Clearly doesn't put herself in the shoes of the people in front of her enough to understand how she attempts to make them feel. A little understanding of what it feels like to be on the other side of the counter when you have that kind of an attitude would go a long way, because I'm sure she should be really pissed if she got the same treatment she gives. read more

This particular post office is located at the intersection of East Colonial Drive and Econlockhatchee Trail. It is an older post office with a small, tight parking lot. The inside is also small I love it even call it somewhat gloomy. I have been in some post offices that were attractive inside. They were either very modern or somewhere a beautiful glimpse into decades past. This post office his neither and looks like it was just thrown together to serve a purpose. There was a line when I walked in this post office, but it did not seem to make the postal workers go about their duties at anything more than a sluggish pace. All in all, the best I can give it is two stars. read more

The drivers are always lazy, everytime amazon uses this service they make an excuse on why they couldn't delivery my package on time in an expedited time. How can you not access the door when my complex has no gates and my parcel is 24/7? It happens every time and when I have to go to this location the service has always been horrible. If you don't like your job that bad don't make it seem it's everyone inconvenience when needing help! read more

Having an Etsy store means that I'm often making quick stops to the mail center. The staff there is exceptional with their customer service skills. They've always welcomed me with a smile, asked how my day is going and offered tips and assistance when needed. They have the 6 ft distance markings on the floor, the plastic shield as well as a face mask or face shields and hand sanitizer on every station. read more

This is a convenient post office to where I live, but unfortunately they don't offer any of the services that would actually make it convenient to use. There is no postage machine, there is no package drop-off (only a drop for letters and large envelopes). I do some selling online and really just need a place to drop my packages, which should be the easiest thing to do, but not at this location. read more

All employees are always helpful and very efficient. They smile and appreciate customers. Smaller parking lot but the speed of service are fast and friendly. Great experience, will definitely be my go to when I need to mail something. read more

Two stars only because every time I go in to the post office, the people are friendly and provide good customer service, otherwise I'd give 0 stars if it were an option for the delivery people. Time and time again, the mail carrier(s) leave those awesome little pink "Oops! Sorry we missed you!" forms in my mailbox. They should be called "Oops! Sorry we're too lazy to deliver your package!" forms. There is always at least one person home when they've "missed" us. My mother-in-law lives out of the country and often sends little gifts for my kids. It breaks my heart every time she calls to see if the package was delivered. I hate having to tell her that our carriers failed to deliver her packages on time. This has gotten so ridiculous that I'm seriously considering paying one of the neighborhood kids to sit in my driveway to receive our packages. read more

If you are in a rush... go to another USPS location! This post office is located at a fairly busy intersection off of East Colonial and it is almost always a challenge getting in and out in a timely fashion. First problem, the parking lot is WAY too small for the type of traffic that this place sees. Because the entrance to the lot is located right on the corner of two major roads, there is usually some kind of back up that blocks the traffic on Econ. Second problem, no Automated Postal Center at this location! If you're just going in to send a large envelope or purchase stamps - there is no way to pay with your debit card unless you wait in line. Sure, they have a machine to buy stamps... but you need to have cash on you or it's a no go. This brings me to my next issue - if you need to wait in line, bring a book. You'll be there for a while. Although there are 4 separate counters, usually only half are staffed at any given time. For some reason, I usually get stuck behind someone that's shipping 85 packages with delivery confirmation. The staff is extraordinarily unfriendly. Now, I usually have found that most USPS are not the nicest people to deal with... but at this location they are even worse than usual! Maybe it's the fact that this location is dark and depressing inside as well. It would put a damper on anyone's mood! All in all, take a drive over to the Waterford Lakes location if you need to get something done quickly! read more

Went here on 10/20/17 to check my PO box. There was a slip saying I have a package waiting for me, so I go to the counter to pick it up. They had lost my package, blamed me for it, wasted 40 minutes of my time, literally made me call the shipper, and then found the package. Unreal amount of disrespect and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and get a PO box with UPS. I dealt with Heather. read more

As far as post offices go, this one is well above average. While the building and amenities are clearly aging, the speed and service are fast and friendly, respectively. The employees are always helpful and efficient. They even smile--postal workers, smiling!! My only complaint is that the parking lot entrance is dangerously close to the intersection and I'm always afraid that I'm going to get slammed into from behind. Once I even had to circle around because I was coming in too hot. The parking or is also pretty small, holds maybe 20 cars? So sometimes I've had to use the overflow lot. But for in and out on the east side--this location can't be beat. If you've were found yourself in line in the Alafaya branch wondering where you went wrong in life--this is where! Drive the extra 3 miles and have peace. read more

This post office is not my ideal choice out of the other options in town. The customer service is really lacking and the parking lot is really small. There's almost always a line if you go in the late afternoon. I would suggest trying going earlier in the morning to avoid waiting. Some of the staff is rude, which doesn't really feel good after waiting in line for so long either. read more

This post office hardly ever answer the phone. This is ridiculous since I have a postman that leaves a notice in my box rather than deliver it to the front door like he is supposed to. I frequently receive registered international mail and it seems that every single time my postman fails to properly deliver it to me. I have to call the post office and request redelivery. Calling is worse part since I have to call at least 4 times back to back, let it ring until it disconnects before getting some agitated "postal" worker on the line. Postal in every sense of the "new meaning" for it! And FYI to the first comment, this is NOT the post office on Curry Ford, but rather the Post Office located at the intersection of Econlockhatchee & Colonial. read more

Worst post office I've ever been to. Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude staff. These are the kind of people that give government workers and agencies a bad name. I can't believe they are allowed to operate under our tax dollars but hopefully new management will bring in some reasonably qualified and professional employees. read more

Very small Post Office. Getting into and out of the parking lot can be hectic. Lines inside most of the time take about 15 minutes minimum to get to a representative. FYI - Construction is going on in the area. read more

If this is the one off Of curry ford road I found it charming, and one of the clerks very amusing, he has dark hair and eyes and sports a very amusing groucho marx sensibility. I enjoy that kind of humor. yes this station at the corner of curry ford is extremely busy. But the wait time is minimal. There is a winn dixie in the parking lot, so hopefully I have the right post office. This very inventive clerk is also familiar with the locals gives a post office charm to this world, I like this, he knows everyone, he greets you at the door, he makes a habit of remembering you and offering his take on the world and the joy of laughing. I have not seen such a happy go lucky post office worker in years and I found it refreshing, not to mention uplifting that he has an I.Q. that is above normal. My husband and I both have bantered with him and shared amusing comedic retorts, this is a guy with a sense of self and a humorous take on life. Coming from Tennesee, I regularly saw the most agravated dismal, suicidal postal workers. Here I found a man of geniune talent, who might just be a celebrated wit. go to this post office if you want good service and a laugh, this is a guy who is enjoying life and making the best of it as well as britening your day, a true oddity when it comes to post offices in general. this guy deserves a medal of honor. read more

I visited this location today. After standing in line (and being the only one in line for several minutes) no one even acknowledged me. There was one man busy helping someone, a woman named Judy (who was busy gossiping with Denise.... as Denise laughed and chomped her gum). At one point Judy asked Denise if Denise had "window", and Denise said no. Judy replied to Denise by saying "Lucky". Well, thanks for letting customers know that you would rather be anywhere but helping them Judy, and let me tell you, your lack of professionalism already showed it. Finally, as the line got to 5 or 6 people, Judy said "someone will be with you shortly" in an annoyed tone, and not looking up at any particular customer. I'll never go back here again. read more
