Long due. as my m-in-law is now in PAM Health Rehab in Ocoee, Florida. it took longer than usual. Watana wanted to fix the picture post cards from India and suggested i should put things all the files for C.P.As. i have DrJustkidding inc. So, all the files must be combined to post to CPA... Again, Watana said, I should do as many surveys as possible for her- they were kidding. I went during our lunch hours from Office. This is the closest or nearest. This post office works till 18:00 hrs. Normally all the post offices close at 17:00 and some of them in Clarcona Ocoee road closes at 1600 itself. i love these timings They have a separate Passport line ...It is on the right side and corner. Today one of US Postal clerk came to take a picture for the passport... Very nice of her. Few others also mentioned Watana deserves a good note. As she suggested for this great post office. Love it... It is more spacious. Lot of features. Maybe or possibly one of the biggest or large size Post office, i might be aware of...it is near the Waterford Lakes. Which is famous in this side of town. I came in here to drop off a package. I already had a prepaid label and it was already packaged up so I didn't need to do very much. There was no line when I went around 9:30 am on a Thursday. They had the place all decorated for Easter. I needed a receipt with my package so I opted to go to an employee. He was friendly and helpful and made sure that it was an easy experience. I've been here a couple of times over the years and each time I've had a good experience with the employees. The line can vary depending on what time of the day it is, so make sure if you're going after work to plan a little extra time because the line may be long. read more

I am so glad that this location has three self service kiosk. It makes it super easy for me to complete my task without having to wait in a super long line. HOWEVER, all of the package chutes are always broken! And on them, it says, please wait in line to give your packages to a worker. What's the point?! I did my job by scanning all of my packages and I can't even drop them off. And then when I tried to set them on the counter at an empty booth so they could just put them in a bin, I get belittled. Why would I wait in a 20 person line, when I already pre scanned my stuff?! Don't be rude to me because ALL 3 of the chutes are broken. Luckily, I didn't have big packages today so I could squeeze them into the mail chute, but what about other people who have large packages?? Put a bin in the lobby for packages, or be kind when people put them on the counter because ALL of the other locations I go to don't mind and don't shout at there patrons for trying to complete things in a timely manner. I mailed a gaming computer out from Orlando going to Michigan. They lost the computer. Nobody knows where the computer is. I never got the computer back or the insurance money that I paid for I filed a claims and it was disputed when I actually went to go speak to The manager. She doesn't understand why was dispute as she even said I should receive my insurance money to this day and I mailed this out in April. I have been going through this since April 2025. I have not received my computer or my insurance money and I got a denial letter for my claim. I would never use or recommend this place ever again. read more

Every other month my packages go missing. Even when you pay EXTRA for receipt confirmation, they lose it and then say they can't do anything like even a refund... it's a 50-50 chance your stuff will go missing at this location. The workers are also always in a bad mood so that's great. Just avoid if you can. read more

As far as Post Offices Go, this one is pretty good. There's usually some sort of line but it moves quickly and the people working are helpful and friendly. They have kiosks where you can purchase stamps, ship packages, and other things if you don't want to wait in the line. Even when the line was about 8 people deep, I think I waited about 10 minutes (in early December on a weekday). Weekends and closer to the holidays, you may see longer waits. They also have a passport renewal/interview section that you need an appointment for. I haven't used it as I typically just go here to ship things or get stamps. I think the two closest Post Office locations are in Christmas, FL and on Rt. 50 and Econlockhatchee (I didn't look up the spelling), so keep that in mind if you see a line. If you're looking for it, it's behind the plaza with the Panda Express and Halal Guys. Everything to me is near a food place, so hope that helps. read more

All of the post office employees need retraining, from postal employees telling people to "Suck my D____!" to breaking the law and not servicing people appropriately. The managers don't know what is allowed on PO property and just create a situation where chaos reigns. The manager Gina needs to be retrained or better terminated - she caused the whole situation to start, and does not understand the rules. read more

Some of the rudest and hostile customer service I've ever experienced in an establishment.

I go in frequently for all kinds of regular shipments and every time I do the over arching feelings of hostility and rudeness radiates from the employees like a wave of negative energy from the front door. It's almost like you have to perform their favorite song and dance to convince them to help you but if you don't fall into good graces within the first minute of being at the counter, good luck trying to get an answer that is not poised as a condescending explanation of something you should apparently already know. If I had a dollar for the amount of times an employee has told me "sorry honey" to something they choose not to help me with I could probably send a package to California and back (only if it is under 70 pounds, of course). I think the USPS gets a back reputation sometimes but then I go to this location and I understand. I'll be going out of my way to go to ANY other USPS. The employees are disgruntled at best and atrociously asinine at worst. read more

Literally the worst post office in all the world. I've been to other 3rd world countries and have never dealt with such a rude, pompous, unwilling to help, higher than thou staff in my entire life. The chat away at the counter irregardless of the fact that you are standing there with heavy packages in your arms. They pic and choose when they want to be nice and helpful or if they want to be absolute a-holes. I've had several occasions from shipping to passport renewals that were just absolutely shameful experiences. They don't believe in customer service here and because they work for a USPS they don't fear any repercussions for their attitude. While fire people may not be possible they definitely need to break this staff up and put in a new manager. If there was 0 stars I would put 0 but since I can't they end up with at least 1 star which is more than they deserve. Look at my profile. I literally never leave a bad review on anyone. read more

There is absolutely no point whatsoever writing a review about this USPS office, because those in charge at this post office location simply don't care about their customer services, and/or when their employees blatantly lie about attempting to make a delivery, provide a feeble excuse as to why they couldn't obtain access to a delivery address, when the delivery address, and the mail box are located in an open community. (Meaning, NOT a gated community, etc). There's never an issue for other USPS mail persons to deliver my mail, and packages to my home/delivery address. UPS doesn't have any issues. Fedex doesn't have any issues, and neither does any other delivery service have an issue gaining access to deliver my deliveries either. But when they have an employee who obviously lies about their lack of commitment to making a delivery, the management team are only happy to make excuses to cover for them. So much for their old motto of, "The Mail Must Get Through". Yeah. Right. Except when you have inept deliverers in charge of delivering your packages. "Delivery Attempted"? Came here to help my girlfriend get her first passport for a cruise we are going on soon. I've never actually gone through the process myself before, so I was a bit nervous. I came as prepared as I knew how to be, with all the proper documents and showing up on time for the appointment. We were helped by Zenaida and she couldn't have been nicer. Completely patient with us, even as we asked questions I'm sure she's heard a thousand times before. We even forgot the original copy of the birth certificate, and she was kind enough to let us come back by the end of the day to finish the appointment. The whole process ended up being very easy and mostly stress-free. This particular post office loses a star for me because there's one particular lady behind the regular counter that is incredibly impatient and unfriendly. I'm sure people who frequent this USPS know who I'm referring to. I know this job can't be as easy as it looks and I'm sure she has to deal with people who annoy her on a daily basis, but she seems to go out of her way to try to make you feel stupid... and it doesn't feel great. Would have just assumed she was having a bad day, if it weren't for the fact that this has happened multiple times. Putting the one rude employee aside, everyone here is friendly, the place is modern and clean, and I don't have problems with getting or sending mail here. It's a good Post Office. read more

I don't know about the staff because I did not have to interact with anyone because the automated machine worked! I've been to several places where they do NOT work. And then I needed a pen. This is the only post office I go to! The staff is always so friendly, the line keeps moving and the boxes are always fully stocked. They have a huge parking lot and there is always parking too. I would like to recognize Robin, who helped me mail a package to my best friend in California. She was very kind, patient, and took the time to have a conversation with me while checking out. She also went the extra mile when I asked to see all of the stamps available for the month, and showed me each design they had! Yes the line gets long daily, however, shortage of employees is everywhere especially after covid. Yet, they seem to strive even when they are seating and trying their hardest to provide quicker service.. some customers do ask lots lots of questions when they aware that they're holding up the line. Five stars for exceptional service. I had to mail an item for repair, which had some significant value. I was going to use Priority Mail and but was convinced to send it Registered Mail instead. The cost was half what I would have paid, including insurance; and, the packaging was made much more secure. I appreciated all the help that I bought two books of Christmas stamps as well. The wait wasn't bad; and, with two or three stations open, the line kept moving. Parking was plentiful; and, inside the facility is very well maintained, clean and bright. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Refused to answer phones for 2 hours and when I got there, didn't want to help me at all.

I can usually get in and out without having to deal with a human since the lobby is 24 hours and I can check my PO box at all hours of the night and the kiosks allow you to mail almost anything. I came in one night, though, and all the deposit bins were jammed. I traveled to Oviedo to another location to try and drop off, but those were jammed, too! Luckily I was supposed to ship my order in a specific padded envelope because that's what I paid for, so good thing I couldn't deposit it; however, when I came during business hours to stand in line and ask for the padded envelope, they said they didn't carry them! The associate suggested that I try another location or order one, but if I ordered it, I would have had to wait another couple days, but this shipment had a timeline. As far as post offices go, this one is pretty organized, and moves quickly through lines. They are a very busy location since it's the main hub for Waterford Lakes. They also do passport photos, so there are a couple separate areas to this building. Remember to make an appointment if you want a passport photo or other outside the norm service. They do have self service machines, pre-priced packaging, and stamps here too, if you want any of those things. I prefer to use the self service machines myself, since it's faster and you don't usually have a wait. The pre-packaged boxes are great, too, so you don't have to worry about weight or anything else. These are ideal for doing multiple shipments. The staff here is kinda hit or miss. They are mostly nice, and efficient, however, sometimes you get the standard annoyed one who doesn't like being there. You never know what they encountered right before you showed up though, so I usually give them a pass. I've heard some pretty interesting interactions from customers so I know they deal with a lot. Overall: A- Great for a quick and efficient post office trip. read more

Worst experience at any post office I've had. From the moment I walked in with three small boxes to ship (keep in mind 3, not 30 or 300), the employees were already antagonizing me; talking to each other in Spanish about how they didn't want the hassle of taking my order and "look at this guy". After I took a call in Spanish in direct earshot of everyone, one employee literally went in the back to hide for 20 minutes from the embarrassment of knowing I understood everything they said. Besides being insulted by the entire work shift, my visit took five times longer than necessary (from a lack of help or direction when asking employees). To put the cherry on top of the whole ordeal, one of the packages I sent was returned to me a week later as seen in the picture. This is how they treat your valuables. read more
