I've had the opportunity to use this store twice now. I've tried to use the post office and…read moreunfortunately the post office never has the ability to accommodate the need to ship things. They always want you to prepackage they always want you to pre-document they always want you to have everything on hand. This store has the ability to aid everyone that comes in and needs to ship things they have the shipping material. They have the capability to label. They have the capability to tape they have everything that you need. The staff is always willing to help. They're very friendly and they're always on Mark when it comes to getting your packages shipped out. I've now saved the store in my phone as a permanent location that I will always use when shipping anything even overseas. The one thing that I truly enjoy about this store is the service they don't have the same type of hours that the other stores have the other stores always close way before you can actually get to where you need to go to ship things this store has the extra hours, they go the distance that one would expect an American to do when it comes to service and customers.

If no one changes the mail from that address you will get that mail...had 3-5 different names that lived where we lived that just up & left & never told them (PO) so probably no one has gotten your mail. Also, if they can't see you might want to put up a light so they can & a list of names that DON'T live there! I personally have used them (ARCHBALD) for 40...yes, 40 years for personal & business mail & I don't live there, mainly a place a business. They recently have had changes in staffing & now handle the Eynon, Pa. Mail as the Post Office was in a fire & closed Decades back & NOW the sorting of the Jermyn Pa. Mail for a couple of years. Do they make mistakes, yes. But they also have gone out of their way to correct problems & hold mail from going to Jermyn as our box is small & can't take a package. If they are told in time they will pull it & keep it in Archbald & I can get it there the day it comes. I have done this multiple times. They have unloaded 2 heavy packages I had & brought them in for me when I was hurt. They have been good to me far more times than not. You will always have someone having a bad day or making a delivery to the wrong place at times but again FAR MORE THAN NOT they will try to help you & correct things. They corrected a Priority package with the wrong address on it (a few doors down in the same block in Florida) & saved us $8.00 to ship again. I tried to change it & could not but they assured me I would not be charged if it came back & it was our mistake. There are new people & they need to be "broken in". I ship 3x a week from both places & had the old-timers "trained". Cut them some slack as they have an extra load now they did not have 2-4 years ago thanks to the big shots cutting back & trying to save a buck & making them do more than the few people there can handle at times. Solid 4 1/2 & should be a 5 but no one gets a 5, not even me for what I do!

There have been times I've walked in and the counter person has just been leaning on the counter, messing around on their cell phone. I've encountered them on personal phone calls while helping customers. There was even one time when I walked in and there was no one to be found. This location has caused me so much stress that if I never walk in there again it will be too soon. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Damaged mail, other neighbors mail, ours given to others. No matter how many times anyone in this park complains nothing is done. Just because we live in a mobile park and not a big expensive house doesn't mean we deserve this. The performance from this post office would never be tolerated at any other work place.
