Worst UPS store in NEPA. If you are looking to ship UPS take the extra time to drive to Dunmore or Dickson City. First off they hide in the back at this location. Anytime I came in no one was up front and always in the back. This store will up charge you on anything they can find. For example Amazon packages that say they don't have to be packed but you packed anyway. They will try to charge you $2 for a piece of tape less than a foot at this location. I get it they are a business but keep it real with some folks every now and then and don't be so uptight and up charge for anything. read more

I usually get great service from other ups stores, the one in Edwardsville is awesome. The guy that helped me today needs to be fired. Totally rude and demeaning during the whole encounter. I will never go back to this location until that guy is fired. I guarantee your losing business with this rude POS insulting and treating your customers horribly. I shipped items for online business for 6 years, I know what I'm doing this guy was just a total piece of work. Avoid this place and go elsewhere. Look at the owners response to another comment maybe that loser was the owner. I don't know but I've been to over twenty UPS stores and this is hands down the worst I've ever been treated. I just left the Clarks Summit UPS thinking "wow, that guy was such a d*ck!".... enough so that I am sitting in the parking lot writing a review. The tall guy who looks like a Jason Segel knockoff was so rude to me from the beginning of my transaction. I needed a small piece of tape for my box, mind you I just spent a ton on my shipping labels and paid extra to have them printed there, and then this jerk said I needed pay $1 for a piece of tape 6inches long. The nice, shorter, hipster guy in there has never charged me for a piece of tape. When I told the jerk guy I've never been charged if I needed a piece of tape, he said "new policy"... BS- I was in a few days ago and didn't get charged. Jerk. Merry Christmas! Be nicer to people! read more

I usually move using moving companies like U-Haul to ship items. However after further research, we found out it would be more convenient to use UPS to ship our items from Pennsylvania to California. As it being my first time to use a postal service for something as big as moving, I was a little nervous and had quite a few questions about the process. The customer service eased ALL of my concerns. My first day there was at 08/01/2016 at 2:40PM to mainly ask questions, however I left buying a box! I cannot recall the employee's name, but he was very kind and funny, while answering all the questions I had. I left very positively and confidently that I made the right decision on using UPS. On 08/03 at 8:40 AM, I had the box packed up and ready to be shipped. There, I met Joe (another employee) who also was AWESOME! I had a few more follow up questions that he also answered kindly. For a moment he made me forget my concerns about traveling all the way across the country! He was not only professional, but kind as well. We need more people like them in California! read more

I needed to return an item that arrived in a huge box. When I took it to the UPS store, explaining that the kids had popped all the bubble filler, the clerk solved my problem instantly. He said he could put bubble wrap around my item and then cut my box down to size--all for only a couple of bucks. In just a few minutes the clerk helped me and I was out the door. read more
