It's a medium-larger sized box, but not heavy. So it's not easy to misplace. And it's not too heavy to not want to deal with. So I'm not really sure what the issue is? But USPS customer support says it isn't lost. Even though I contracted out for the post office before and I know the "in transit to next facility" updates are automatic when they lack a scan. Not sure how the people are because I don't live here. People are probably good but the USPS system and way it's set up for employees and customers isn't great. Usually it's not the individual, it's the corporation.
