He actually came in on his DAY OFF Thanksgiving weekend to build and complete this for him. There have been times I've walked in and the counter person has just been leaning on the counter, messing around on their cell phone. I've encountered them on personal phone calls while helping customers. There was even one time when I walked in and there was no one to be found. This location has caused me so much stress that if I never walk in there again it will be too soon. If I could give them less than one star, I would.
