But anyways, the workers were very friendly tho of them heavily smelled like cigarettes. The one who attended to me was nice and very welcoming. I don't know what other places in the area are like so I can't compare it to anywhere else price wise but I can tell you I paid ($97 in one check to PennDOT for registration ) ($136 to Leonard's for "processing" & plate"). The lady said paying in card there's a process fee that's why used check. They give you the plate right away after paying and a temporary title and temporary registration till the new one comes in the mail (~90 days they said cuz I paid in check, but about 30 if you use card) They don't do the car inspection and say you have 10 days to go else where and do it. They don't put the plate on the car either so you gotta do that (I have a tool kit at home and used a screw from there to unscrew the old and put the new). Overall the place was pricey to me but they very quick, no long lines. They also have other services written on their door & in the pic I attached eg mail box rentals

However, when it came down to it, the notary was helpful, even joking around with us. When it came time to pay he didn't even charge us, perhaps because it was our first time doing this type of thing and for a bizarre purpose at that.

No one seemed to know what they were doing, and they took their sweet time figuring it out. After over an hour of waiting, just as I was about to pay and leave with my plate, they sprung a surprise on me--I needed a bill of sale or else I'd have to pay sales tax on the bike again. Cue me scrambling to get in touch with the dealer, waiting even longer, and wasting my entire afternoon. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Competitors handled my truck title in just 15 minutes, no fuss. Meanwhile, here at NE Title and Tag, I was stuck for almost two hours. Fast forward three months: They had the nerve to call and say I "forgot" to pay a fee--which, surprise, they forgot to charge me for--resulting in my registration being rejected by the state. After a heated back-and-forth with multiple people, they *finally* agreed to cover the fee and process what they had promised from the start. Now, I'm still anxiously waiting for my registration to show up. It's honestly scary that a place this disorganized is licensed to handle such important paperwork.
